Sweet Maple came from a litter of 7 kitties that were very well socially adapted to humans. Handled and loved since birth, this is a very well socialized kitty as is her sister here, Cinnamon. These are the last two in the litter left for adoption. Maple and Cinnamon will play a little aggressively - it's not bad, but don't encourage it...redirect to their toys. Maple is a lap sitter and an absolutel sweetheart as far as snuggles. You will not get a better kitty as far as love, affection and interaction. These babies want to be with you and around you. A lovely relationship awaits here with miss Maple and her sister Cinnamon! We do not know how she is with dogs, but she is great with kids. Other cats are probably fine if she is given time to adjust to them.

Sweet Bon bon is not really a lap cat, but she is very playful. She loves to chase a laser or a ball. She will sit by you on the sofa, but is not interested in lap sitting She is up to date on all vaccines, and is spayed and litter trained. But she does not like little kids (older kids ok) and no dogs.

This baby Cinnamon is a firecracker kitty! Very charming but also very playful. She and her sister Maple (next door condo) were part of a litter of 7 kittens that had a very interactive owner and they were very well socialized. They are super interactive kitties and will follow you around and want to be on your lap or playing with you. They love to play then crawl into your laps to sleep. Cinnamon can play a bit aggressively, although it is not really bad...just redirect her to her toys and do not indulge her playing with your hands. The more you put into this baby, the more you will get out of her. Both she and her sister are up to date on all vaccines and spayed and litter trained. These sisters are good with kids, unknown with dogs and will probably be fine with another cat if given some time to adapt.

Heather was trapped at an elderly woman's home in Jacksonville on 6/17/14, and delivered 4 babies overnight before she was to be spayed. The elderly woman already has 15 to 18 adult cats and two litters of kittens. We kept Heather and her kittens in our isolation room after they were born for privacy, and she has since been spayed. She has the shape of a Siamese, but is Black, and there were two Siamese and a Snowshoe at the house. I believe this is her first litter. She was a feral cat, but her hormones turned her into a cat that just wanted to be pet all the time. Now that some time has passed after being spayed, she is back to being skittish, so she needs a home that knows how to work with her, and will be patient. She would need to start out in a small room like a bathroom, so a person can sit down with her without her being able to hide. A long handled brush can be used, as well as catnip, and small amounts of can food to help the bonding process. She runs from me, but once I have her in a certain spot where she can't run anymore, she will let me pet her, even though she hisses at me. She can be around older children, but I would not put her around small children, unless she becomes very affectionate, which can happen once someone can spend the time with her that is needed. October 2013Weight: 6.6 - 7/8/14 Our adoption contracts prohibit declawing of any kittens or cats, it is cruel, can traumatize the pet, and make the pet defenseless if the pet should get outside. We encourage people to search for kittens and cats already declawed that need to find a new home. $15 adoption fee if placed as a barn cat. $70 adoption fee if placed in a home, which will pay for her spay and vaccinations.March 17, 2026, 3:04 pm
