Good with kids, Good with dogs, Good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,

Story

My husband and I adopted Marty in September 2022. He’s 4 years old. He was found abandoned in a dumpster in Elkview, WV and turned into the animal shelter. He was so tiny when we got him. He is great with dogs, cats, and children. He is very sweet and cuddly. He is very playful. The other cat in the photo (Jax) is also up for adoption. They are extremely close so I would love for them to be adopted together in a perfect world. This was a very tough decision for our family, but due to my health condition, this is what was best to do. They both deserve the absolute best. Thanks!

Story

My husband and I adopted Jax (we also call him Jackie) in April of 2021. He’s almost 6 years old. He is the sweetest cat and he gets along with dogs, cats, and children. He is very cuddly, likes to lick you if you’re wearing lotion or perfume lol We love him, but with my health condition, we are having to make some extremely tough decisions. This was not easy for our family. We have to put the gray colored cat you see in one of the photos cuddled with Jax up for adoption as well (his name is Marty) Ideally, I’d love for them to be adopted together because they are extremely close. Thanks!

She unfortunately does not get along with the other cats in the house. She is decent with dogs , she will hiss but that’s it, all bark no bite. She is a super sweet girl and I am looking for the perfect home for her, please contact me!

Tuna

Domestic Shorthair

Male, 1 yr

Ona, WV

Size

(when grown) -

Details

Not good with kids, Good with dogs, Good with cats, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,

Story

Tuna has a little attitude, and he wears it well. He likes to saunter around the Cat House keeping tabs on everyone, and despite his independent streak, he almost always wants to be somewhere near his people. Tuna can be very sweet and enjoys attention, but he also knows when he has had enough. He becomes overstimulated easily and needs people who will pay attention to his signals and give him space before he feels the need to make his opinion clearer. He can also have some difficulty with other cats, although slow, thoughtful introductions give him the best chance of adjusting to a feline roommate. Tuna is looking for someone who appreciates a cat with personality, respects his boundaries, and does not mind sharing their home with a guy who has very definite opinions about how things should be done.
