Marty originally was adopted by me from the Wisconsin Humane Society in Milwaukee when he was 12 weeks old in February 2015. He is 11 years old and I am absolutely heartbroken that I have to rehome him and his sister Millie (adopted from a person on FB in May 2017 so she is almost 9 years old) due to moving and being unable to bring them with me. They MUST be rehomed together. They are inseparable and that is a requirement. He’s a lovable cat. He may hide at first and take some warming up but you will have the best cuddle buddy. He’s very vocal and will tell you when he’d like some attention! They are both eating Members Mark food (you would get the rest of the bag), and tidy cats lightweight litter. Millie isn’t as interested in attention. She likes to do her own thing, hang out with Marty but will come just close enough for you to barely reach her and flop on her side for pets. Shes a funny girl.

From the owner: We've had Mitsu for 4 years. She only has 3 legs, but it doesnt really stop her or slow her down. We found her as a kitten and her paw was crushed, so the vet had to amputate it. She isn't really good with other animals because of it, it seems like she's always kind of on guard. With people she's sweet and cuddly once she knows you. She gets nervous when new people come to the house, but once they've been over a few times, she opens up and shows her sweet side. Needs someone gentle and patient with no other pets.

Meet Gypsy George. He is approximately 5 years old and was found in an abandoned apartment. George was very sick when he was found. Thanks to the generosity of a group of animal lovers, the funds were raised to nurse him back to health. George is a very very sweet boy, but due to the circumstances of his isolation, he can get over stimulated and needs an experienced owner who can “read him” until he learns what a good home is. George does not seem to appreciate other cats, hence the unfortunate reason he can’t stay with his foster, though this could change as he learns to live in a calm loving home where he gets enough food, water, and love. He is just learning to play with toys. He is good with older kids who would respect his “moods” until he can feel safe and loved. I know there is someone out there that can offer George the perfect home he deserves, as he is blossoming more and more every day.

From the owner: She's the sweetest cat ever, and I'm sad to have to give her up. Rescued her as a kitten and she was bottle-raised, so she is super bonded to people. Phoebe is super loving and is pretty mellow most of the time. She's a little over 2.5 years old, and gets along well with kids and other cats. Never been around dogs, so not sure how she would react. A little shy with new people, but once she knows you, she'll be your best friend. While Phoebe herself is great with other cats, she tends to be more submissive, which makes her the target of bullying from the other cats in our house. I'm sure she would love to be someone's only pet, but would also do good with another chill cat who wouldn't push her around too much. She's gentle and cuddly, but is young enough that she's also still playful (without being overly crazy.) I think she'd do well with kids who are a little on the older side who can respect her space (maybe 7-8+). I think with really young kids, she might be a little nervous and prefer to hide. She's just a really sweet, loving companion, and deserves a home where she doesn't have to be afraid of another animal bullying her.
