Story
Meet Creed! Creed is a smart, energetic young pup who’s ready for fun, learning, and adventure. He’s highly food-motivated and eager to work for treats, making training a great way to bond with him. Creed will thrive in a home with space to run, play, and burn off his puppy energy. He loves toys and is still learning what’s fair game, so a little guidance will go a long way. Creed is best suited for an experienced, attentive home that can support his continued training. He may guard toys at times, so toy management and treat trades are recommended, especially around children or visitors. He’s also a bit unsure around people in hats, but gentle, positive training can help him build confidence. If you’re ready to invest time, patience, and love, Creed has all the makings of a wonderful companion. Come meet him today! 🐾

Story
This little lady is the definition of perfect puppy! Me and my sisters are playful and affectionate, we literally jump for joy when we see a person approaching! we love other dogs and have been sweet and curious with our cat. we have been in a foster home since we were about 5 weeks old- with kids, other dogs and a cat. we were rescued with their mom and lived with her until they were about 11 weeks when she finally grew tired of their puppy energy and needed some adult time! I have the coolest coloring and am the biggest girl- I can be a little shy and not as jumpy as my sisters. I probably have some catahoula in me.if you are interested in adopting me apply on our website. email adopt@souldog.org with any questions.

Story
Meet Sheldon! Sheldon is a 9-month-old herding dog mix? DNA test is pending!! (about 30 lbs) and he’s now been with us just over two months so we know him very well Sheldon’s journey didn’t start easy. He was found abandoned in a house with another dog, severely underweight and covered in ticks. After that, he spent two long months waiting in an overcrowded shelter and was on his last 24 hours before we stepped up. Despite everything he’s been through, Sheldon has grown and learned so much with us. Sheldon is now healthy and at a proper weight, he is a medium-high energy pup who is full of personality, he loves to snuggle and is wonderful with new people. With dogs, he does best once properly introduced — and then he’s all in for playtime! His highlights: - Crate trained - House trained — lets you know when he needs to go out - Great on leash - Excellent in the car - Knows basic obedience, including a solid “middle” command - Extremely smart and highly treat-motivated - Loves scent games and has fantastic potential for dog sports or service-style training Sheldon would thrive with someone who understands herding or working breeds so that he continues to grow into a confident and loving boy. Watching Sheldon go from a scared, fragile puppy to a confident, playful dog has been incredible. He didn’t survive everything he went through just to be overlooked now. All he needs now is for someone to believe in him. All POSO Dogs come with: - Spayed/Netuered - Basic Shots (age appropriate) - Fecal and 4dx testing - other medical concerns addressed before adoption - 2 Free one on one dog training sessions with a professional dog trainer - Training received in foster home - Basic things like some food, treats, leash and collar - PDFs of training material and local coupons and dog sitter recommendations
