Spur is about 5 yrs old and is a very affectionate dog. He is a mix Red Healer/Catahula. He has been with our family since birth, growing up with children, ages 7-12 , and one other dog. He is very protective and active, so does best in an active family environment. We are looking for a loving family, since we are relocating and cannot take him with us.

Story

Higgins is a 5yr male who is friendly, affectionate, and will make a very loyal constant companion. When our volunteer was driving him to an appointment, he laid his head on her shoulder from the back seat. He is smart and wants to please. He loves yummy treats and is a quick learner. While he is middle-aged, he still enjoys getting out for walks or other exercise. He is looking for his forever companion - he enjoys spending time with his humans. He is crate-trained and enjoys playing tug-o-war or fetch with you! He knows "drop it" and gently drops the ball close to you. He will do well with hiking, biking, running, but these are not essential. You could also take him on nice walks, he can play with your dog, or you can play fetch with him on a regular basis. He makes cute gremlin noises when playing. He pulls some on leash but does better in a calmer environment (than our events). He also performs well with a harness on. Higgins likes other friendly dogs and would enjoy a playmate. He even understands that everyone has different levels of how rough they want to play and adjusts to it. He could be a great doggy for all those upcoming trips to Home Depot for irrigation parts and he will want to help you with the repairs! We do not see Adopt-a-Pet inquiries! Bonjour, Im Maggi! I was surrendered with Jake and Sassy due to our humans having to move into a facility to get the care they need. Now we are all ready for our furever homes! Don't worry, we are not bonded and will thrive in separate homes! I am a sweet, well mannered, medium energy dog of your dreams. I am 4 years old and a unique mix of Catahoula Leopard/German Pointer/Lab (fosters best guess) with a beautiful spotted short hair coat. I am also completely house broken, uses a dog door and loves walks. I dont really shed and enjoyed my bath recently! I get along very well with other dogs, enjoys naps and takes treats with the gentlest mouth. My favorite spot to hang out during the day is the couch! World, meet Lulu! This pup, born 1/14/2026, is a Catahoula mix who currently weighs 20 pounds, and is likely to grow to be a medium to large dog (over 40 pounds). This little lady is the perfect mix of adventurous spirit and cuddle bug. She is happy prancing around the yard, wrestling with her brother, or curled up next to her people. She is impressively smart, having learned "sit" in just eight treats. She willingly goes into her crate when told "night-night", and sleeps all night. She is doing a great job with potty training and is learning to walk on a leash. She adores the older dog in her foster home, and does well with kids. Everyone is a potential friend. Not only is Lulu smart, she is ADORABLE. Pictures really don't do this puppy justice. She has big brown eyes lined in black "eyeliner", and the cutest forehead wrinkles. Lulu makes plenty of piglet noises and wiggles all over when she sees people. She is cuddly, soft, fun-loving, curious, and full of love. Lulu is fostered in Boulder with her brother, Roy. This sweet 9-year-old boy is the total package - loyal, goofy, and happiest right by your side. Ozlo loves walks, playing fetch, and then relaxing near his people once he has gotten his daily exercise in. He’s house-trained, crate-trained, and knows commands like sit, stay, lay down, fetch, and even “sit up”! Ozlo does well with other dogs and older kids.
