Dudley is a tall and lean boy with beautiful Catahoula Leopard markings, a long but smooth coat, and is well behaved for grooming. He is highly food-motivated. He travels well and enjoys outings to the dog park, pet store, or walking the trails where everyone loves his goofy smile. This boy is already housebroken and knows basic commands, having lived all his life in a family. Although Dudley is crate-trained, he might become bored and destructive (toys and bedding only) if left alone and confined for long periods in a crate. Need a jogging partner? He is looking for an active home where he can walk and play several times a day. Meet Olive Miss Olive is a beautiful female Catahoula Leopard Dog mix who was born around 2/6/25 She’s heartworm negative and current on her vaccines and preventatives! Some things you should know: * She is just a big sweetheart * She weighs a perfect 36 pounds * She is already spayed * She’s good with other dogs * She’s fully housetrained and crate trained * She LOVES kids!! * She’s super sweet, social, and friendly * She is desperately looking for her forever home! This amazing girl is the whole package, just waiting for you to make her a part of your home! Her dream is to become a part of a loving family. Can you help make that dream come true? Currently this sweet baby is with our rescue, The Artemis Project, in Arkansas. We DO, however, transport monthly to the metro Detroit area of MI. Because we’re able to transport, we ARE able to accept adoption applications directly from residents of MI. Why do we transport? Because animal overpopulation is severe in our region, and stray and unwanted dogs have very little chance of finding a home here. These babies are, however, at a high risk of being neglected, abused, abandoned, euthanized or even shot (it’s “the way things are done” for some people down here). YOU are truly one of the only safe and happy endings for the lucky ones we are able to rescue. Upon approval of your adoption application, we will then transport your new furbaby to you in the metro Detroit area for just a small travel expense fee of $50 in addition to the adoption fee. Meet Sawyer! At approximately months old, Sawyer has already had quite a journey. This handsome boy showed up as a stray, frightened and alone. He was found cowering under a house, clearly terrified and completely lost. Despite every effort to find his family, no owner ever came forward, so now Sawyer is looking for the forever home he truly deserves. Our veterinarian believes Sawyer may be a Catahoula Leopard Dog mix, and at about 55 pounds already, he's going to be a big, athletic boy! Sawyer has blossomed in foster care and is proving to be a wonderful companion. He is crate trained, knows the commands "sit," "down," and "stay," and has excellent house manners. He always takes care of his potty business when he goes outside. One thing that's become clear is that Sawyer was likely an indoor family dog before he was lost. He enjoys playing outside, tossing his toys into the air and chasing after them, but he doesn't like being left outside by himself. The moment he thinks his person is going inside without him, he'll race to the door, eager to be with his family. He loves toys and loves to take them outside to play with them. Sawyer is incredibly smart and observant. He quickly learns routines and pays close attention to everything happening around him. At bedtime, he settles quietly in his crate without a peep. In the morning, he patiently waits until he hears everyone else getting up before he's ready to start his day. This sweet, goofy boy has a playful side that will keep you smiling. He loves chasing bugs (as long as they aren't chasing him! 😊), and the frogs in his foster home's yard haven't had a moment's peace since Sawyer. He is currently being fostered in Mississippi but can be transported to you!
