Born around February, 2023, this strikingly handsome Catahoula mix boy has grown up in a shelter, watching the world move past him while he stays behind in a kennel run. Maybe it's because he isn't in a big city where people frequent the local shelter looking a dog to love. Marley is in a very rural ,out of the way shelter that few people come to.
