Story
Noel is an exceptional companion who is thriving in her foster home. She enjoys outdoor activities such as running and playing fetch, and she has a particular preference for `stuffy` toys and games of tug. Noel exhibits excellent behavior indoors and is fully housetrained. While she has access to a crate for quiet time, she is not confined when her foster caregiver is away. Noel is very sociable and appreciates affection and human interaction. She would do best as the only dog in a household, and we are seeking a single-dog home for her. Adopting Noel will provide you with a loyal and devoted companion. 3.5 yrs. 45lb. as of September 2025. Noel is spayed, microchipped, and current on vaccines.

Story
Hi, my name is Cooper!I’m a goofy, loving, and loyal boy looking for a calm, forever home where I can finally feel safe and understood. I’ve been at the shelter for a while now, and no one really knows why—I`m smart, cuddly, and full of love once you get to know me!I’m not much of a barker, but I do love to “talk” to my people—my previous foster mom never quite understood what I was saying, but she always laughed and smiled. I’ve been abandoned before, so meeting new people can be scary for me. I may bark at first, but it’s just because I’m nervous. Once I trust you (especially if you bring treats), you’ll be in my pack forever.I’d do best in a quiet home with no children, or only older kids who truly understand and respect boundaries. I need a confident dog-savvy adopter who will commit to helping me build trust and confidence through positive reinforcement and patience. I’m reactive to most people when walking, so I’ll need someone who is willing to work on this with me using calm exposure and consistency.I’m house-trained, trustworthy outside of a crate, and love both outdoor adventures and couch snuggles. I’m also super food-motivated, so training with me is fun and easy! With structure, exercise, and love, I’ll show you just how amazing of a companion I can be.If you’re looking for a sweet, smart, low-key best friend, I’m your guy. I just need someone to believe in me.I am a Priority Pet!Pawmetto Lifeline is offering FREE basic medical care for LIFE for Bambi-all included services listed below!Annual exam for life at Pawmetto LifelineCore Vaccines for life at Pawmetto LifelineFree annual HW test for life at Pawmetto LifelineCost of medications plus 10% (*doesn`t include HW/Flea prevention) from Pawmetto LifelineMy adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Story
Hi, I`m Pinto, and if you`re looking for a best friend who`s equal parts adventure buddy, playmate, and professional cuddler, I think we should meet!I`m a happy, energetic young guy who loves making new friends. Whether you`re a familiar face or someone I`ve just met, I`m always excited to say hello. I`ve been living with another dog and have done wonderfully—I love chasing tennis balls, playing tug-of-war, and romping around the yard with my canine buddies. I think having a dog sibling would be lots of fun, but I`d also be perfectly happy soaking up all of your attention as your one and only. One of my favorite parts of the day is our morning walk along the riverwalk. I walk nicely on a leash, love exploring, and I`ll even dip my toes in the water! I can be a little goofy splashing around, but I`m always ready to follow my furry friends on the next adventure. Once I`ve burned off some energy, I`m more than happy to curl up for a nap—my favorite spot is right in your lap if you`ll let me.I`m already housetrained and have settled nicely into my foster home`s routine. I don`t need a crate, and I don`t have separation anxiety. I know `sit,` I`ll happily offer you my paw for a treat, and I even know to hop off the couch when snack time rolls around (although I`ll still be hoping you decide to share!).Like most dogs, I think toys are more fun once I`ve removed the stuffing, so sturdy toys are definitely the way to my heart!I haven`t met any children or cats yet, so my foster family isn`t sure how I`d do with them. What they do know is that I`m loving, affectionate, playful, and always ready for whatever the day brings. If you`re looking for a loyal companion who will join you on walks, make you laugh with my goofy personality, play until we`re both tired, and then snuggle up beside you, I just might be the perfect match.I can`t wait to meet my forever family! My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?If my bio shows “Spay/Neutered” with a checkmark, I have already been altered; if you do not see this listed, my surgery is still scheduled and a refundable spay/neuter deposit will be required, which will be returned within 24 hours after my procedure is completed. If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org.

Story
Meet Maddie - Maddie is a stunning brown brindle Catahoula/Boxer mix with a heart just as beautiful as her coat. This sweet, gentle girl has overcome a tough start in life and is ready to leave her past behind for good. Despite being previously tied out with very minimal care, Maddie has remained incredibly loving and trusting. She greets people with a soft, kind spirit and a wagging tail, always ready for affection (and especially treats—this girl is very treat motivated, which makes her a great candidate for continued training!). Maddie is fully up to date on her vaccinations and already spayed, so she’s more than ready to head straight into her forever home. What Maddie is really looking for is simple: a family who will cherish her, keep her safe, and give her the life she’s always deserved — one filled with love, comfort, and a cozy spot inside to call her own. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle companion who will truly appreciate a second chance, Maddie might just be your perfect match.

Meet Monarch Some dogs are beautiful. Some are sweet. And then there’s Monarch, who apparently decided she needed to be both. This stunning American Staffordshire Terrier has a gorgeous merle coat and the kind of piercing blue eyes that make you stop and look twice. But as beautiful as she is on the outside, it’s her personality that really steals the show.Monarch and her friend were abandoned in a dilapidated trailer, left to survive in conditions no dog should ever have to experience. We don’t know how long they were there, but somehow, Monarch came through it still believing that people can be good. She is friendly, affectionate, and enjoys the company of other dogs, however, we all insist on a meet and greet if you already have a dog.Monarch is heartworm positive and currently undergoing treatment, but she isn’t letting that slow her down. What she needs now is what she should have had all along—a safe home, a soft bed, someone to love her, and a family who will show her just how good life can be.She survived being forgotten. Now it’s time for Monarch to be chosen.Come meet this beautiful girl and give Monarch the happily-ever-after she deserves.
