Atlas is great with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends. He is cat-friendly, but he can be a bit much for them since he always wants to play—so he’d do best in a cat-free home or one with a very tolerant, confident cat. This guy is active, athletic, and always ready for an adventure. Walks, outings, and staying busy are his jam, so he’ll need an active family who can keep up with his enthusiasm for life. Atlas does have some separation anxiety, but it is very manageable and continues to improve with routine and structure. While he is a playful pup full of energy and affection, he is also extremely fearful of the world. This fear can manifest into making him protective and reactive. As his anxiety traits present a challenge, a quiet, experienced and patient home is required to address his needs. He should also be in a home without children or other pets. Among his many positive qualities, he is quiet, house trained, crate trained, and he will sit nicely and lift his paw for a treat. Maryann showed up at a good Samaritan's house. The good Samaritan brought her to our facility, and we took her in. Well, how could we resist. She was so frightened and scared but is doing much better now. She is up to date on shots, spayed, microchipped, house trained and ready to be adopted. Who couldn't resist her face. She is so adorable and she needs a good loving home full of happiness, playfulness and lots of love. The foster that has her now says she is coming out of her shell and is very playful and full of life. She is very curious and so affectionate. She will be great for any family to have as a family member. She is in TN but the cost of transport to your area is included in her fee. We use the most animal friendly transport on the road, Rescue Riders Pet Transport.
