Hi! My name is livingstone and I am available for adoption.I was brought in by an Animal Control Officer on 07/17/2026I am an adaptable dog who loves to go with the flow! I am outgoing and carefree, and I just can`t wait to find my forever home!I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might take some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend!I weigh 66 lbs and am considered a large breed dog.I am a very smart dog! At the shelter I am practicing how to sitI am an affectionate lovebug who would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home!I am an independent dog who likes to do my own thing!I am full of energy and I love to play! I tend to calm down more when the people around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy.

Story
Hi there, My name is WangZai and I am ready to start a new adventure.I weigh 97 lbs and am considered a `large breed` dog.I am a very smart dog! Before coming to the shelter I learned how to `sit`, `down` and `shake`. Though I may not show how smart I am here at the Shelter since I only know Cantonese and my current caretakers only know English.I am an affectionate lovebug who would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home! Please bring your whole family down so I can meet them!I am full of energy and I love to play! I tend to calm down more when the people around me stay calm. I do best when I have lots of exercise and something to keep my mind busy.Because of my shy nature, I would do best in a calm, quiet home.I will need to find a home where someone is available for me in these early days. It is important to be consistent with me and socialize me so I can have the best companionship with people and other animals. I require patience because everything is brand new so I will need some TLC while I learn. I am not potty trained or crate trained yet and teaching me those skills will help tremendously on a road to success! If you and your family are ready to fall in love my awesome self, please check me out!!I am a gentle and loving dog who likes to take things slow. I may get nervous in new situations, so I am looking for a family who understands that I might take some time to warm up. Once I get to know you, I will be a very devoted friend!I am also spirited dog with a fun-loving personality! I am still working on my manners, so I would do best with a family who is willing to work with me and help me become the best dog I can be!You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Hi! My name is Blaze and I am available for adoption!I was brought in as a stray, but my owners surrendered me on 07/17/26 when they learned of my whereabouts.I am an older guy who is go-with-the-flow. I am potty trained, but at my older age I need a strict potty schedule to help me avoid any accidents. I am very fluffy and affectionate, but I am good at doing my own thing if I have a routine.I am a medium to large breed dog and I weigh 66lbs. I am a bit overweight, so please keep that in mind when making my food! You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The Pet Adoption Center is located at 21615 64th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032.Come and visit me today, I`d love to go home with you!A note from the vet:Your new pet received a basic physical exam, in addition to routine vaccines, deworming, and topical flea preventative, if indicated. Although your new pet is ready for adoption, there is always a possibility of additional medical conditions that have not been detected or may develop in the future. Current medical conditions are noted below.1) This pet came into us overweight. His body condition is 9/9 (1/9= emaciated, 9/9 = obese, 5/9 = ideal). We recommend following up with your primary veterinarian to discuss a healthy weight loss plan. Your veterinarian may recommend senior blood work and urinalysis. 2) This pet is senior at 11 years old. Many pets at this age have arthritis or joint related illness. He has recieved a basic exam here at the shelter and would benefit from a review with your veterinarian to keep him as healthy and comfortable as possible. Additional care for these conditions may be needed after adoption. Please follow up with your regular veterinarian.

Story
Rocky has been part of our family since he was a 3-month-old puppy. Born on July 15, 2021, he has grown into a loyal, affectionate, and loving German Shepherd who means the world to us. Finding him a new home has been a heartbreaking decision, but we want what is best for him.As our family’s schedule has become busier, we’ve realized we can no longer give Rocky the exercise, training, and attention he deserves. He needs an active, dedicated owner who can help him thrive.Rocky is a loving and protective companion once he trusts you. He forms strong bonds with his people and enjoys a structured routine. He is looking for an experienced dog owner who can provide patience, leadership, and plenty of time for activity and continued training. We’re searching for the right home—someone who will appreciate Rocky’s loyal heart and give him the love and commitment he deserves. We love him deeply, and although this decision is difficult, we believe it’s the best choice for his future.

Story
Duke is a 9 month Belgian Malinois male. Duke has many great qualities. He is super smart and is able to show great emotion. He’s proficiently learned many commands and does really well listening in public. He is crate trained and house trained. Though, he can be quite sneaky, but that is just part of his intelligence. He is very loving, he looks for attention and cuddles from those he trusts. Duke is able to trust easily due to being a gentle sensitive soul. When it comes to play time and going on a walk Duke is the first one out the door. He is incredibly trainable and food driven, which allows for a lot of great room and opportunity for him to learn many more commands that will help him reach his full potential.
