Story
Sylvester Pawllone (AKA Sylvester Stallone) (AKA Sully) is a sweet 1.5 year old and 14 lb Bichon Frise/Maltese mix who had a bit of a “Rocky” start. He was found as a stray on the streets of San Bernardino. With no collar, tag, or microchip, and not neutered, Sylvester came to us through kind-hearted rescuers who wanted to give him a second chance.
Sylvester is a friendly and affectionate little boy. He loves to run in the backyard and play, especially with squeaky toys and balls. He adores his walks and does great on the leash. Sully is great with other dogs, enjoys pets, and is quite the cuddler! His foster family also says he seems house-trained / pad trained, and is comfortable in his crate.
Now fixed, vaccinated, and microchipped, Sully is ready to star in his next big role, as the new member of the wonderful forever family he deserves!
More from his foster:
Looking for the paw-fect dog? Say hello to Sully!!, a sweet little boy with the best personality and a growing confidence.
After arriving into our foster care, Sully quickly showed his sweet character — from wanting to snuggle on your lap to going on walks, he is really good on a leash. He also loves car rides and meeting new people. Oh, and he’s housebroken too!!
In the home, Sully is calm, gentle and affectionate. We are currently working on basic training such as “sit” which he’s picking up fast!! Sully has done wonderfully well with our young Grandchildren, and loves to have his belly rubbed and ears tickled. He’s very gentle at taking treats from your hand, and he loves to sit right next to you on the couch and doze off!! We don’t hear a peep from him at night and he’s always so happy and joyful when he wakes up.
Sully's energy level is relaxed and calm. He’s just happy to be in your company. We have been amazed how quickly he has become part of the family. He really is no trouble at all and will make someone the perfect pet.
