Caleb is such an incredible little guy. He's an older boy, but truly acts half his age!! He loves people and is so gentle and sweet. Sadly, his owner passed away. More from his foster: Caleb is a spry 13-year-old Maltipoo. He loves to walk and gets along with our 12 year old. He's fully house trained. He likes to cuddle, sit on your lap, and sleep on your bed. He's a good companion. Be ready to adopt. Meet Harvey, a 6 month old puppy! Harvey is a Pug-Chihuahua-Maltese Mix and as cute as can be. Are you ready to welcome a bundle of joy into your life? Look no further than Harvey, a delightful 6 month-old Pug-Chihuahua-Maltese mix! This little guy is the perfect blend of playful energy and cuddly sweetness. Harvey is a curious and adventurous pup who loves to explore his surroundings. He’s also incredibly affectionate and enjoys snuggling up for a nap after a fun play session. He can sometimes be protective in new situations but is gaining more and more confidence as he grows up. Harvey is a quick learner and is already making great progress with potty training. He’s eager to please and responds well to positive reinforcement. He gets along well with other dogs and has not been tested with cats but we think he would be fine. Harvey would prefer a home with another playful dog and with someone who is home a lot to help him grow into the best adult dog that he can be. We do suggest that he only go to a home with kids over the age of 8 as he does not do well in a very busy or loud environment. Milo was recently surrendered. We were told that the landlord said he had to go because they were not picking up his poop in the yard. We never really know what’s true. He is extremely loyal and affectionate ONCE he is given a bit of time to acclimate. He NEEDS people to take it slow. This is why we are saying “no kids” - they might not read his body language and push affection on him too quickly. He’s house and crate trained. No issues with sharing toys & food with other dogs. Not interested in cats so could happily coexist.

Daisy is a lovely almost two year old Maltipoo who was dumped at a Los Angeles city animal shelter by her owner with horribly matted and damaged fur and encrusted eyes, fearful and scared and snapping to defend herself and barking to appear strong. She is also very underweight underneath all that matted fur. We can only imagine what she must have been through. Currently Daisy is being assessed and treated by the vet and will be examined, get a fecal, urinalysis, blood test, be clipped and groomed and cleaned and her eyes medicated until they heal. She will also be handled and rehabilitated so she won't be afraid anymore and try to bite to defend herself. New photos coming soon. Simba was surrendered to us the day after Christmas. His owners had kept him in their yard and as the kids grew older they paid less and less attention to him. Shelter Hope took him to the groomers and gave him quite the makeover! The neglect Simba endured physically and emotionally has definitely taken a toll on him. We have noticed that he tends to people guard and lash out when he feels cornered.
