DISCLOSURE: The adoptable pets in our program are still in the care and custody of owners who wish to re-home their pet. Owners have enlisted Rescue Well to provide marketing and screening of applicants as a service, free of charge. All fees and adoption conditions are determined by the owner. We advise that adopters do not send payment or deposits for pets prior to adopting. ***** Simba is 4yo, weighs 25lbs, is up to date on his vaccines, is intact, and is not microchipped. Simba doesn't like loud noises. He is great during car rides. Simba's guardian explains why she has made the difficult decision to rehome him: "Severe shedding and my granddaughter has allergies. It's becoming costly to get him deshedded." Simba's guardian states the following regarding children: Simba lives with a 7yo child, so his guardian recommends his living with children, stating "Very loving and protective". Simba's guardian states the following regarding dogs: Simba has lived with dogs, so his guardian recommends his living with dogs, stating "He is very protective of his space but he warms up pretty well". Simba's guardian states the following regarding cats: Simba hasn't lived with cats, so his guardian doesn't recommend his living with cats, stating "Barks alot".
