Story
I have been with my family for 6 years and I am a great dog. I love greeting my owners when they come home from work and love to play outside chasing my disc. I have been taken care of very well, as I haveup to date shots,yearly vet visits,good dog food,taken my monthly heart worm pills,a clean bill of health, andbeen loved.Most of the time I like to sleep in sun beams and I am very self sufficient. I am a lot like a cat in many ways. For example, when food is put out for me, I do not eat right away. I eat only when I am hungry.On walks I am leash reactive. I do bark at other dogs and bikers. I am protective of my owners.The reason I am up for adoption is that my owners had their first child and I have not taken to their newborn well. I growled at their child, I did not bite, but they are not taking any chances as I have bitten people and dogs in the past.This is not an easy decision for my parents.
