Story
Our sweet boy is 10 years old, he’s a good dog but we have a one year old and we’re struggling to navigate life with both of them, especially as he ages. He is potty trained, but struggles when it rains and snows and needs help. I think he would do fine in a house or apartment. He’s getting older and he’s struggling on our hard wood floor as well. He’s loving but not a huge snuggler and not a great walker. He gets alot of exercise playing with our other dog and chasing the cat around.He’s always lived with another dog and cat and does fine but both he’s known since birth. I don’t think he would do well in a home that has previously had a male dog, I would be worried about him trying to mark.Would not recommend him around children. He may be fine, but he seems to get anxious around them. He’s never bit anyone and has a bubble, he likes his space.

Story
Louie is a 9 1/2, 70 lb sweet, loyal, goofy, easygoing companion. His perfect day includes a leisurely walk, a game of tug, snack time, a long nap in a sunny spot & curling up next to his favorite person. He's the perfect balance of enjoying a little adventure while also being content to spend the afternoon relaxing at home. Louie is smart, well-mannered & knows sit, stay, down, wait, drop it, and leave it. He's potty-trained, adores his crate, rides beautifully in the car, has gone camping & settles easily around the house. He loves walking but is occasionally dog reactive. After more than eight wonderful years with our family, we're searching for a home where Louie can enjoy his golden years. This heartbreaking decision comes after extensive behavior training to help him adjust to our new baby. While he is now able to remain calm when the baby is across the room, he can still be reactive when she's nearby. Because of this, we're looking for a new home that is pet- and kid-free.

We ended up being her 2nd foster and adopted her. She is 22.5lbs, 8-9 months old, and a very good girl. Unfortunately, she does not get along with my husband and is very scared of him. She has been to a 6 week board and train for manners. She walks well on a leash, jogs 3 miles with me most mornings, and plays fetch with the kids (ages 1-10). She is crate trained at night and has no problems going to bed. We would love to be her forever home, but it is unfair for my husband and for Cleo, who can never relax at home with him around. She’s playful, loving, and incredibly gentle. She has never barked or growled at any children. But she is still learning to not jump.

Story
Archer is the sweetest, most cuddly boy. We do not know his past, but it seems that he was abused as he is afraid of just about everything. Archer does not like most dry dog food, but loves homemade food (like the Farmers dog) and canned food. He has separation anxiety and would do best with someone who is going to be with him all day. He is very good with kids from babies to preteens, his best friend is a cat, and he loves to play with other dogs.
