We are thrilled to introduce you to Noodles, a gorgeous Cavapoo puppy who is truly the "total puppy." Noodles is a beautifully marked girl with a sparkling glacier white and high-gloss black coat that is "cuddle" soft. Noodles has a fun, happy, and incredibly loving personality. She adores affection and will happily curl up in your lap for hours. Not only is she stunning, but she is also exceptionally smart, eager to please, and a very fast learner. Whether she’s chasing a tennis ball, playing with her squeaky toys, or socializing with other dogs, cats, and people of all ages, Noodles brings a smile to everyone she meets. She is a social, gentle soul who would fit right into any family. If you are looking for a loyal, happy, and beautiful companion to join your life, Noodles is waiting to meet her new best friend. She is currently with her foster family in Kentucky and will arrive in the New England area via pet transport once she is adopted.  She is current on all vaccinations, has been dewormed, and is on Frontline Plus for flea and tick prevention and Heartguard for heartworm prevention. Meet Rocky 🐾 — a 6-year-old doodle looking for a patient and understanding home. Rocky is a nervous guy who takes time to warm up to new people and environments, so his future family should be prepared to let him approach them first and move at his pace ❤️. Once he feels safe, he’s a sweet companion who just needs kindness and consistency. Rocky has lived with young children before, but because he can be nervous, any kids in the home should come meet him at the shelter first 👨‍👩‍👧. He’s also quite the alarm barker 📣 and will bark at noises, people, or activity outside the door, so apartment living may not be the best fit for him. Rocky is looking for adopters who understand that building trust takes time, and who are willing to help him feel safe and secure 🏡🐶. Rocky is looking forward to meeting you and hopefully coming home with you soon! Ready to Adopt? You have two options: #1- VISIT IN PERSON Come during our open adoption hours: Tuesday - Saturday,12:30 - 3:00pm. You’ll be able to meet available dogs in the shelter. (Dogs in foster care are not available for in-person visits.) #2- ADOPT REMOTELY OR PLACE A 24-HOUR HOLD** If you’re ready to adopt without meeting the dog first, or you’d like to place a non-refundable $25 hold to reserve a dog for 24 hours, just call or email us: (413) 781-4000 x 1 springfield@dakinhumane.org. We are often helping other clients when you call, but we return voicemails and emails within 24 hours. **Holds are not available for puppies under six months, on Saturdays, or during adoption events. -------------------------------------------- All adult dog adoption fees include; -spay/neuter -rabies and kennel cough vaccinations - heartworm test -current parvo/distemper vaccines (may need additional boosters with your veterinarian) -microchip implanted & registered to adopter -treatment of fleas & ticks -veterinary exam and health certificate at Dakin -free vet exam within 30 days of adoption with participating veterinarians Most pets have also received other medical care while with us. Your veterinarian may recommend additional health care for your pet.
