Dixie is a seven year four month old female cavapoo dog. We got her and her sister Scout from a breeder. She has proven to be one of the sweetest dogs for my four children. It is just come to our attention that she and her sister need to be separated. This completely breaks our heart as she is part of our family, but we know if she has a chance to be happier. We will do whatever it takes. Dixie is one of the sweetest, snuggliest dogs you will meet. She loves to play fetch and lay in the sun and go for car rides with her head out the window. She is very docile and will roll to her back and let you scratch her tummy whenever you want. We are only considering serious inquiries for those that will take care of her and love her as much as possible.

Story
Scout is a seven year and four month old cavapoo female dog. We got her and her sister from a breeder, and they have proven to be some of the best dogs for my four kids. It has only recently come to our attention that Scout and her sister Dixie need to be separated. This breaks our hearts as they are part of our family. But knowing what will make them happier is what we’re willing to do. Scout is exceptionally sweet. Her favorite thing to do is sit on the couch and snuggle, or bask in the sun or go for car rides with her head out the window.She is always so docile and rolls to her back so you can scratch her belly whenever you want. She has beautiful white markings on her chest and her paws and her face that make her adorable. We are only considering serious inquiries of people who plan to take care of her and love on her as much as possible.

Please read Wilford s entire bio before applying.   Wilford is a 1 year old little boy that is believed to be an Australian labradoodle. He just knows he is a good boy! Full grown he should weigh about 40 pounds.   Wilford was confiscated by animal control very skinny and matted. He had to have his tail and back legs shaved due to matting. He will see a groomer before adoption.  Knowledge of the grooming and care of the breed is very important.   He has been thriving in his foster home, learning there will always be food, water and love available.  He is learning about boundaries from his foster sister, but is still learning boundaries with other dogs. He takes correction very well from the little old lady dog and loves to play with his 85 pound foster sister. Wilford would be ok with dogs of all sizes and probably be ok with kitties.   Wilford would love a companion dog to continue to show him how to be a good boy. He would also love family with some children to play with. He is a very active boy but is very lost without another dog in the home.   Wilford is still a puppy and is very "mouthy" he is still learning that human hands (and feet) are not chew toys. So his humans will need to remind him this is not ok.   Wilford knows, sit, stay, enough, leave it and lay down. He is completely crate trained and will need to be crated when gone. He will cry in his crate if there is no other dog or human in the room with him. He is mostly housetrained as long as he is kept on his schedule.   Since Wilford is a "designer breed" and had a very rough start, his foster mom will be very selective with his new home.   Good with dogs (really needs a playful doggie companion) Great with kids Leash trained Mostly house trained VERY NEEDY If you are interested, complete the  Adoption Application  on our website at  www.NeedyPaws.org  and we will contact you.  Adopters must live within an hour’s drive of St. Louis, MO. Wilford’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter. Nova is a rescue. She is an 8-month-old puppy who loves to play and run around. Nova ideally would need someone with access to a backyard or is able to take her on walks and/ or dog parks. Nova loves chew toys. She is also potty trained and is working on being fully crate trained. She loves to cuddle and is very loving. She does know basic commands like "sit", "come" and "stay". She thrives off of positive reinforcement, and she is a quick learner. I am looking to rehome Nova due to the fact that I am moving and where I am moving to, I can no longer take her with me.
