Story
Taco was originally adopted from a breeder in Pikeville NC by a family, and was taken in by me after about a year after the family added two new editions and were not able to accommodate him. I currently work very long shifts and he is crated for the majority of the day. Taco is getting older and with him being an adult dog I don’t want him to spend his prime years cooped up in a crate. I want him to be able to go hiking, go on rides and live his life to the fullest while he’s able. I am hoping to find someone who is used to a high energy, very clever dog to give Taco the active, adventurous life he deserves. Taco will go home with a cage, leashes, collars, ceramic bowls, a few outfits, rabies tag & certificate, his favorite chew toys & stuffed animals, grooming tools and a few snacks to help him get adjust. Price can be adjusted, the main goal is for him to have a loving, long term home

Story
Ginger has been with our family for 6 years and we love her dearly! She is 7 years old. We had a baby in March and recently as the baby has begun crawling and invading Ginger's space, we have noticed Ginger becoming more territorial. This month, she growled and nipped at the baby. We are heartbroken but have decided the safest option is to rehome Ginger to an adopter without kids. Ginger is a good girl who loves being lazy indoors and laying around snoozing all day. She truly shines outside however. She LOVES the outdoors and will be the best hiking buddy you can ask for. She lives with a cat and gets along great with other dogs. She knows basic commands and is fully potty trained. She has never destroyed furniture or items indoors. She does not dig in the yard. She is extremely sweet and loyal and will be your best friend if you let her in. She does have some allergies and takes Apoquel every day to help her with skin itching. We feed her Farmer's dog to help with this.
