Size

Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained,
Story
Kane is 5 yrs old. He is the sweetest dog ever. Gets along with pretty much everyone and everything. Has never shown any signs of aggression. We simply have not been able to give him the life he deserves ever since having a baby and currently have another otw. Both mom and dad work full time and recently rehomed his sister with family, so he’s constantly alone now. Although we sincerely hate to see him go, we just feel it’ll be selfish to keep him from a family who can give him a better quality of life for the short time they do have with us. Hoping to find a calm family or human for him. Preferably with older kids if need be, as he is a big dog and doesn’t know his size so he’s a jumper. He’s not up for much exercise but he does love dog parks, other dogs and being outside (and eating).

Story
Meelo is an almost 2 year old pup with a huge heart and an even bigger personality. He's incredibly affectionate with his people and loves being wherever the action is. He's crate trained, house trained, and knows a number of basic commands. Like many adolescent dogs, he can become distracted in exciting environments, and will do best with a family that can provide regular exercise. He can be reactive to other dogs, unfamiliar people, and passing cars while on leash, so his future family should be prepared to continue building his confidence with patient, positive training. He has a history of gastrointestinal issues but that has been managed with prescription grade food. His next family should plan to continue with this style of food. This has been an incredibly difficult decision for our family, and it was made solely because our life circumstances have changed significantly since adopting him.

Story
Bronson is a very sweet, loving, confident, affectionate 35lb mixed breed that is potty trained, neutered, up to date on vaccines, heart worm negative, and the last two months of his labwork are healthy. He needs a home with no other pets and no children, ideally a fenced yard, and someone who could work with a trainer to improve his reactivity.Current issues: resource guarding, leash aggressive, and a runner (darting out the front door). He has been aggressive with bigger dogs but not smaller dogs or cats. He recently attacked the neighbor's dog as they were walking her on leash, which is new behavior since the stress of moving house. He was previously fine off leash and at dog parks. He's bared his teeth/growled recently at the kids he lives with. ***He has not, however, ever bitten any humans.***He is currently taking sertraline and clonidine, but they are not seeming to help with the reactivity. He loves to sleep at your feet and nudge your belly. Please help us keep him safe.

Story
Meet Pickle 🐾 Pickle is a sweet, handsome 4-year-old boy looking for his forever home. ❤️ He is incredibly loving with his people and has so much love to give. He’s a well-trained, smart boy who loves being part of the family. Pickle knows sit, can give a high five, is crate trained, up to date on vaccines, neutered and walks well on a leash. He has great house manners and doesn’t get on the furniture unless he’s invited—which is something he absolutely loves! 🥰 What Pickle really wants is a family with a secure, fenced-in backyard where he can safely explore, sniff around, and enjoy being outside. He would thrive with people who will give him attention, affection, and plenty of time with his family. One important thing: Pickle is not good with cats, so he needs a cat-free home. He would do best with a family that understands his needs and is committed to giving him a loving forever home. Pickle is such a good boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart.

Story
Luca is a 17-month-old, approximately 40-lb neutered male lab pit mix. He is loving, playful, energetic, and very intelligent. He loves his people, going on walks, playing, and learning new things. He has been working with a trainer and has made great progress with leash walking, people reactivity, and responding to commands. I want to be completely transparent about his behavior history. Luca has had two bite incidents involving my husband. Neither incident broke the skin, and both incidents were related to resource guarding a high-value toy. We take this seriously and know that he needs an experienced owner who understands resource guarding and is willing to continue his training and management. Our home currently includes two other dogs, two cats, and a toddler. Luca has shown some reactivity toward other dogs and has

Story
This is Bernie. He is a 3-year old miniature Bernadoodle that I received as a birthday present 3 years ago. He is somewhat anxious with strangers, but once you get to know him, he is a loving, loyal buddy. He, along with another dog of mine (Slim, a 4-year old pug, has lived with me for a number of years now. I love both of them, but due to my current, unforeseen situation, l am no longer able to take care of them. I prefer them to be re-homed together, as they seem so happy together and pretty much have stayed together all their lives. However, if you can only take one of them, I would be amenable to that.
