Thankfully the breeder was discarding him and we got him and his siblings safely out and into our rescue. Despite his rough start, Collin is a touch shy but warms up pretty quickly. He will be an awesome member to any committed forever family. He will blossom with love and will do well in a home with another friendly respectful dog companion. Like all puppies he will need structure and a patient loving home. We recommend training for all puppies not only to give the puppy learning skill. But you and your puppy/dog will create a stronger bond just for having gone to training. Collin is fully vetted, He has been neutered, received age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, Subsequent vaccines are at the expense of his adopter, His adoption donation is $1200.00. I was rescued from a breeder who didnt want to spend money on our care when we didnt sell. Thankfully, our amazing friends at The Charlie Project stepped in and gave me a second chance! Now I'm safe, loved, and settling into my foster home while I wait for my forever family to find me! Right now, Im couch surfing with my foster momma, soaking up all the cuddles I can. Im still just a baby, so Im working hard on potty training and learning all the good puppy mannersbut what I lack in experience, I make up for in love and sweetness! Were looking for a forever family who will love and care for us for our whole lives. If youre interested, please apply at thecharlieprojectdogrescue.comwe do not respond to Petfinder emails. A few important notes: We only adopt to families living in Illinois, Wisconsin, or states that directly border either IL or WI. If you rent, please have your landlord contact us directly to confirm that dogs are allowed in your home. Our adoption fee is $800, which includes microchip, current vaccines and boosters, deworming, and spay/neuter at our rescue vet. If you prefer your own vet for the spay/neuter, we will reimburse $100 once you provide proof of completion. This must be done before 6 months of age, and youll sign a contract agreeing to this.
