That said, it’s important to remember that dogs can behave differently in a shelter environment than they do in a home, so adopters should be mindful and ready to provide structure, guidance, and clear boundaries as Kevin continues to adjust.Kevin would do best in a home that appreciates a confident, spunky dog with a big personality in a small package — one who will make sure you feel like the safest person in the world.
