She’s very small in size and has a timid nature, especially when meeting new people. Once she feels safe, her personality begins to shine! Diera can be a bit of a diva, but all the best chihuahuas are!  Diera does wonderfully with older kids and other animals, making her a great fit for a family or a home with other pets. She would thrive in a calm, patient environment where she can build confidence at her own pace and feel secure. She is a vocal player with other dogs and doesn’t seem to be aware of her small size, so only patient larger companions are a match. Given how scared she can be with new people, she might do best moving into a home with another dog that can help to guide her into being a part of a family! If you’re looking for a little companion who just needs a bit of time and kindness to blossom, Diera could be your perfect match  Diera’s adoption fee is $300 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccines and heartworm test. Diera is seeking a home as an indoor dog only, if you would like to meet her please submit an application through our website Adopthope.org. Last Hope requires that adopters have a history of having kept any other animals; as indoor pets only, altered and kept current on annual vaccines/vet visits. Are you ready to meet me? I'm a wonderful dog that likes going outside and for walks. I need a fenced in yard because I like to chase things like the bunny that is usually in my neighbor's yard.  I don't think I would like living with rambunctious kids, but adults with a quiet home would suit me well. If you want to sit back and watch TV, I'm right there sitting next to you. I like treats and I’ve loved going to doggie daycare to make new friends. I’ve also worked with the trainer to learn some new skills, I’m happy to do anything for a treat!
