You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Phillip is super sweet and VERY active. He can be a little stand offish and shy but quickly warms up and then he becomes hyper dog. Phillip would enjoy another active pup to play with or someone who can give him lots of toys. Phillip has been doing well with pee pad training and learning to go outside. He is very smart, so as long as someone watches him and takes him out as needed he does well. If you want a dog full of love, cuddles and kisses he is your dog. Phillip does okay with cats but LOVES to play and will bark at them to try and get them to play with him which often annoys cats.
