🐾 BOLT was one of 8 little dogs a local owner was struggling to care for and then faced homelessness, to boot. They surrendered 4 of them to us, and we've got them all fully vetted now, and they're acclimating to their life changes at their respective fosters and doing fairly well. They're all a little timid and unsure and will need to patience and time to feel comfortable and safe again. Bolt is reported to be 3 years old and as we said, now fully vetted. His foster does report he's coming around slowly, but needs someone willing to give him time and space and not to push him. Because of this, we're saying kids would not be a good fit for Bolt at this time. 👉 Adoption fee INCLUDES: all vetting to age (including deworming, flea & tick etc), spay/neuter and microchip (if the dog is under 6 months, alter and chip will occur after they're 6 months, covered in full at our clinic or reimbursed partially at a vet of your choosing). If the dog is older than 6 months and not yet altered, we will schedule ASAP (normally within 30 days) at our clinic . We also provide as an incentive a $60 rebate for completion of positive-based training classes. This pair of Yorkie mixes (Chorkies), male and female and their owner could no longer care for them. They are friendly with each other and people and are doing great with the other dogs in their foster homes. They are NOT good with cats. They're outside and pee pad trained and both fully vetted. The adoption fee of $600 is for both dogs together and they're both about 12 lbs and 6 years old. Milo recently went to an event and got lots of attention and soaked it up from everyone, including school-aged kids. Meet Alvin (12 pounds), a small senior boy looking for a home (and a hula hoop) for the holidays! Alvin can be slow to warm up to new people and tends to be picky about new friends in general. Once he is comfortable with you, be prepared to have a little shadow! With his buddies, Alvin loves to be doted on, held and petted (but please don’t assume he wants your friends to do the same). Bella is a senior female chihuahua/mix. She is 14 year’s old and weigh’s 9.3 lbs. She is housebroken and kennel trained. Does get along with other dog’s, but rather eat alone. She is a shy girl and take’s her time getting to know you but once she does is a BIG lover baby. After breakfast her favorite thing to do is sleep under the cover’s. Once she is out she is out. She does have one eye that has cataract’s so she will pull away. Just come at her on the other side. She does need help on and off the bed. She is still playful and full of life.
