This stout little handful is Shorty, and she is full of opinions! Shorty is a snuggly, close-talking lover girl. She gets right in your face and demands that you love her, and ONLY her. She does fine with other dogs, but definitely gets possessive over the comfy spot on your lap Shorty is sweet, but a little sassy, and she would probably be happiest as an only dog (or with another hands-off type of dog). Shorty is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready to find her furever!

Like her namesake, Snowflake is one of a kind. This sweet little girl has not been well-socialized and really struggles to interact appropriately with people. She is very playful and great with other dogs, especially Don Juan, her tiny father. However, when it comes to people, Snowflake just does not know what to do with herself. She is friendly and loving, but has only learned to show her love by grabbing hands and pants with her teeth. For this reason, Snowflake is not recommended in a home with young children. She doesn't mean to hurt, but it is tough for her to learn anything new. She has also struggled to understand potty-training. She will use pee pads and go outside, but will also have accidents on blankets and cushions. Snowflake is about 8 lbs, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready for her new home. She may have hydrocephalyus, but has shown no signs of neurological issues (other than being a little slow to learn new things). It is recommended that she have regular vet visits and her new owners keep a close eye for any issues. Snowflake would do best in a home adopted with Don Juan, her best playmate, who can also help guide her behavior.

This little guy lives up to his name - Don Juan is the ultimate lover boy! He's a sweet little guy who wants to snuggle and give kisses to all his favorite people! He is also an amazing friend to Snowflake, who we believe is his daughter. Still young and very playful, he is a great match for her puppy energy! Don Juan is less than 5 lbs, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready for his forever home. He is heartworm positive and will be starting his treatment through the rescue. His adoption will include a contract requiring that treatment be completed. Don Juan and Snowflake would do best adopted as a pair into the same home.
