Ranger (Black and White dog) is a five-year-old, five-pound, Chihuahua. The pair is good with all dogs, all cats, and mature kids ten and older. This adorable, bonded pair of lapdogs go together, and we will not consider splitting them up! Pee Wee is missing teeth and due to neglect is heartworm positive that we are currently treating. He loves everyone he meets as does his buddy Ranger. This pair are not yet housetrained. Their foster writes: "These are great little dogs! Loving and gentle. Ranger wants to be with humans all the time when he's not with Pee Wee. They sleep quietly in a crate all night. Their ideal home is someone at home most of the day, has a fenced yard, and lots of soft blankets to snuggle in." A perfect pair for a mature person or couple! Apply at crisisdogsnc.org. We do not respond to questions about our dogs sent through email or social media.   Scooter is a nine-week-old, two pound, Chihuahua and Jack Russel Terrier mix. What can be said about an adorable puppy except that is he is cute, healthy and cuddly. We rescued Scooter from being sold at random. He is now in foster, he is good with dogs, good with mature kids ten ad over who can respect a delicate small puppy. We do not know his mix for certain, he will be small even when fully grown. Scooter is very small and probably feels vulnerable. He is nervous when picked up and around large dogs. His foster writes: "Scooter is a very happy go lucky puppy, he's still teething. He can be skittish and is afraid of falling when you pick him up, so you have to hold him against you. I stay out in the yard with him at all times since he is so small and young.
