Story
Are you looking for love and adventure in 2025? Look no further than this sweet-as-candy Lollypop pup. She is a compact bundle of affection, intelligence, and curiosity. The first thing you notice about Lolly is her love of people. She jumps right in your lap and rolls over for belly rubs without hesitation. With the face of a pup, the right size to keep you warm but not squished, and a super soft coat - Lolly is the perfect snuggle buddy. Lolly has impressed us with how quickly she picks up on commands and expectations. She came to the rescue without training and is quickly learning how to walk nicely on a leash, know what she’s allowed to be on and play with in the house, and understanding other normal dog manners that come with being in a new place. She still needs guidance, reminders and sometimes some low sensory downtime when she gets overly excited during playtime. With a high energy level and more work needed to resist the urge to jump up and sometimes nibble, Lolly would be best around older kids that can help reinforce her training. Lolly is good in a kennel and spends her time there at night, when she needs some low sensory time, and when her foster humans are away from the house. Lolly is also very affectionate and playful with other dogs. She does not live with cats but she could be helped to understand how to be gentle and take cues from other animals. She would do well in a home with other pets to play with, however she could be fine as a solo dog as long as she got plenty of attention and exercise. Lolly needs someone to continue working with her on her manners, building on her confidence in new places, and her understanding of commands. Most of all she needs an outlet for her love, companionship, and play. With consistency, good boundaries, and lots of love and exercise, Lolly is going to make someone the perfect companion.

Story
Bella is the sweetest little dog. We aren’t doing her justice as owners since our two kids came along. I got Bella from a shelter in 2012. She is a senior and although she is super loving the stress of having two kids chasing her around seems unfair. She loves to sleep under the covers all day and eat. She is up to date on all of her shots and dental. Please feel free to ask me any questions. She is out in Hillsboro Oregon but will move to Bend if not adopted by the 24th.

Story
This little girl is aptly named. She has a very sunny personality. She is lively, playful, and meant to love. She even has a tan heart shaped spot on her back as proof. Sunny was passed around a bit from home to home before landing in foster care. Because she hadn`t found the right humans who could provide her with a home that she could count on to be forever, she arrived quite insecure. With the predictability and the human consistency she has been provided in her foster placement, Sunny is more relaxed and confident, so she is looking for someone who can promise her a commitment. Sunny currently lives in a home with other dogs, and has made some close friends with other fosters. A pairing with a more passive dog would work best. While not aggressive, Sunny is a leader and likely to control the playtime. Sunny enjoys LOTS of attention. She is strong minded, silly, she loves toys, and she will entertain you and can entertain herself. She has an expression she likes to use that can melt your heart. She loves to cuddle up next to you if you`re sitting in a chair and at night she is under the covers glued to your side. Sunny likes to go for walks, but when she feels vulnerable, she barks. Using a vibrating collar is effective along with positive reinforcement to teach her she does not have to do that. Sunny is impulsive, and she kind of likes her needs met on HER time, but she is intelligent, and with training she learns things quickly. Sunny would love a home with a back yard, and one in which time being left alone is minimal. She has improved in this area, but her foster home is full of four legged company, so she is never really alone. She is an active girl, and does need an outlet for her energy, but she is also very happy to sit in a lap to keep you company or spoon with you at night. No apartment life for Sunny. She is fully vetted and her adoption fee is only $320. and she weights about 8 pounds. To meet Sunny, please fill out the application at OFOSA.ORG. Thank you
