Harley is the sweetest most lovable little dog and would make an excellent pet for somebody who is home a lot, doesn't travel much and can give her all the love and attention that she wants. She would make an excellent family pet, or companion for someone who lives alone and needs a companion to love. We just have one too many dogs and we travel too much for her liking. She does not do well when we leave her frequently. Everyone who comes to our home absolutely loves her.

Story
Mimi is a 6-year-old Chiweenie who came to us at 1 year old after being left outside. With love and patience, she became a sweet, loyal dog who loves cuddles, play time, and naps. She is protective by nature and tends to bark when meeting new people or dogs, but once she feels safe, the barking decreases. Since becoming blind about 5-6 months ago, she barks more at first because she uses sound to understand her surroundings, but she calms with reassurance. Mimi needs a patient home willing to help her adapt to her blindness. It is a getting difficult for us because we are way too busy, and we are hardly home. She may feel anxious in new places and needs stability, calm routines, and someone who can give her quality time. We travel often and aren’t home enough to give her the attention she needs, so we are looking for a loving home that can care for her and help her feel secure. We just recently found out that our 1 year old tends to get an allergic reaction when he gets close to her.

Princess and Caesar are a bonded pair, meaning they must go home together. Caesar is a healthy boy who can't wait to find a new forever home after his previous owner passed away. M - 3 years old - Chihuahua Mix - Pascual is a gentle little guy with a dainty, low-key play style. Don't get us wrong... he does get his zoomies when it's just you and him in the yard. But in doggie playgroup, he preferred to take things slow and wasn’t too interested in the more energetic dogs who wanted to bounce around. When other pups got a little too pushy, Pascual wasn’t afraid to politely let them know with a small growl to respect his boundaries. But Pascual isn't in it for the dog party. His main focus was the person who brought him out. While the other dogs ran around, Pascual’s top priority was claiming his spot right in someone’s lap and soaking up all the attention he could get. He can be a little possessive of his person and doesn’t love sharing the spotlight when other dogs come over looking for pets. Because of this, Pascual may do best in a home where he can truly be the center of someone’s world, or with calm dogs who are happy to give him his space. What he really wants is a cozy lap, gentle affection, and a person he can call his own. If you’re looking for a tiny companion who wants to be your shadow, your cuddle buddy, and your devoted little sidekick, Pascual is ready to curl right up in your heart. ADOPT To adopt, come see us!
