Rizz is shy when meeting new people and navigating unfamiliar situations, but once he feels safe, you'll never be alone again. He loves snuggling and will cuddle up to his humans every chance he gets. This boy operates on a strict togetherness policy. Bathroom? Together. Cooking? Together. Zoom call? Together. Yard Work? Don't worry, he's right there next to you. He is fostered on a farm and has met all kinds of animals. He has yet to find one he doesn't want to befriend. He takes his cues from other dogs and would thrive in a home with friendly, confident dog who can help show him the ropes. He is anxious in new situations but is slowly learning the world isn't so scary. Give him a little time, and you'll have a little shadow who wants to be involved in everything you do. He wants nothing more than to cuddle up with you and soak up all the love he can get. Abandoned by his family while only a puppy, he is looking for a person or family who will let him love them with all his heart. A place that will give him a warm bed, food in his dish, and, best of all, who will love him back for the friendly little guy that he is. You will get to see the tail wags, the joy in his eyes when he sees you for the first time each morning, and feel the happiness of his small body when he knows he is safe and cared for. He really still is a puppy. Imagine him playing in your backyard, going for walks with you to see the world. At only 14 lbs., he will be easy to take with you any time, anywhere. He is ready and waiting to start living life as he was meant to. He wants so much to hear 'Good boy!' And you can make it happen for him! Solomon is house broken and loves to sit and watch people out of the front door and windows.  He loves being outside and loves walks in the park and around the neighborhood.  Solomon does not tear things up like mail, toilet paper, socks, or trash.  He also loves to cuddle and be rubbed.  Solomon hates baths and water but I give him a bath anyway telling him that he has to be clean. He loves treats and his favorite treat is duck wrapped sweet potato from Wal Mart.  Solomon loves bones and his favorite toy is Lamb Chop or any bear that he can tussle with.   Solomon does growl sometimes when he sees other dogs and cats. He also runs after birds if he sees them and barks. Slow introductions are needed with dogs, cats, and children.
