Story
Hi there, I am Buddy the cat lover, a 3.5 year old 15ish pound Chiweenie. My superpower is that I love everyone! I am fostered in Beaverton, Oregon. I love children with great dog manners, nice cats and dogs. I love adults, snuggling on the couch under a blanket, walking, playing with toys and playing with my cat friend. You're really getting the best with a guy like me. I am house trained, and I have no issue staying home alone. It's just I've been alone too much, with a busy family. I walk nicely on leash, ride well in the car, do well at the vet. I am neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. My adoption fee is $300. I come with my wordly belongings. Not sure exactly what they are, but I'll let you know. I'm sure my toys, collar, whatever I own. A great home and my must haves include: 1. An owned or stable renter home with a securely fenced yard. 2. Folks who have time to spend with me and are not gone long hours. 3. People who treat me like a family member, including me in their fun outings. 4. Adopters who believe in good nutrition and vet care. If you are interested in my (like, who would not be,, and you meet all above criteria, make haste and apply or inquire. To inquire, please email awoofovermyhead@gmail.com. Put "Buddy" in the subject line, tell us a bit about yourself and how I will fit into your life. Please include a number where we can reach you. To apply, please complete the application via the link below. My rescue really likes complete and thoughtufl answers to the questions, so give it your best shot! https://forms.gle/sxPup5VnvuoJ9QgQ9 Non-cigarette smokers only, please.

Story
Bagel  2 year, spayed female, 12 lbs Dachshund mix   Princess Bagel (as she is known) is a tiny timid diva. She prefers her food dish be served to her on whatever cushioned comfortable elevated throne she is on, and would like to be cozy and have few interruptions during her frequent and long naps.   LIKES: Bagel loves treats! She's a sucker for dog jerky and cookies, and it really is the way to win her heart and trust. She also likes the aforementioned cozy blankets and cushions.   DISLIKES: New situations and being rushed to meet new people (especially men). Princess Bagel has some deep seeded trust issues, but give her a quiet place to decompress and no demands, a few extra tasty nibbles, and she will come out and be your buddy and follow you like a shadow for the rest of your days. Bagel also doesn't really enjoy being crated.    CRATE TRAINING: She will rub her little nose raw when left alone in a crate.    POTTY TRAINING: After she trusts you, she walks well on leash and will do her business quickly on a walk.    OTHER/MISC: Bagel gets along with other dogs in her foster home, but is indifferent to them. She didn't show much interest in the cats in her foster home, but did bark at them early on and was easily corrected. When you pick her up, she might leak a little pee... she's an anxious little peanut. No small children please. Bagel will need to be adopted within 30 minutes of Eugene/Springfield to allow for her current foster to help transition her to the new home with as little trauma as possible.   To further inquire about BAGEL, submit an application. https://www.wigglytails.org/adoption-application   Tell us about yourself, family, other pets, and how BAGEL will mesh with your lifestyle. Qualifying applicants will be contacted by our Adoption Coordinator with next steps and an opportunity to set up a Meet & Greet.   Our process is NOT a “first come, first served” process. (We DO NOT hold pets for later consideration.) Our team carefully reviews and interviews applicants for the best possible fit for each adoptable pet, and potential family. Submitting an application does not guarantee a call or response from our rescue. Our volunteers will screen the applications and reach out if it is determined to be a good fit.   We look forward to facilitating a positive and solid adoption for BAGEL as well as her future family.   *Fostered in Eugene/Springfield, Oregon   https://www.wigglytails.org/adoption-application Qualifying applicants will be contacted by our Adoption Coordinator with information about the next steps and setting up a Meet and Greet. Story
Gomez 1 year, neutered male, 10 lb Chihuahua mix LIKES: Blankets, spooning, TOUCHING HIS PERSON AT ALL TIMES, food, driving around in the car as the copilot. DISLIKES: Being alone, finding himself in strange places, rain & cold. PERSONALITY TRAITS: Gomez is the ultimate Velcro baby. He loves to be carried around and to snuggle super close in bed. His foster mom even puts him in a Moby to do chores. Gomez gives the sweetest little kisses and he's so soft to pet. He'll gladly roll over for belly rubs or snuggle into your neck once he knows you! POTTY TRAINING STATUS: Potty trained. CRATE TRAINING STATUS: Crate trained, although he will fuss if he's in there while you're sitting nearby. EXTRAS/MISC.:  Gomez is prone to a bit of panic when he's in a new house, and for that reason we will require his new home to be secure. This means solid fences, no escape routes, and crating when he's alone. He quickly gets over this as he attaches to his new family, but we just need to make sure he's safe until he gets there. We'd also like his new home to be within the main Eugene/Springfield metro area so that his foster can get there quickly if anything happens. To further inquire about GOMEZ, submit an application. https://wigglytails.org/adoption-application/ Tell us about yourself, family, other pets, and how GOMEZ will mesh with your lifestyle. Story
Cuddles 3 year, spayed female, 10 lbs Chihuahua mix   LIKES: Chew toys, tennis balls, cuddling, running around the yard, going for walks, having a job to do, cats, dogs, new people.   DISLIKES: Being alone. She does well in her crate, but she is very excited to get out when we get home. She will cry if you are in the other room and she can’t follow you.    POTTY TRAINING: She does well with a routine and needs extra encouragement when it’s raining.   CRATE TRAINING: Settles right into her crate for the night. Does well crated when we are away.   OTHER/MISC: She is working on gaining confidence with stairs. She can do it, but she tends to overthink the process. Treats help as she is very food motivated. Cuddles doesn’t pull on walks and is very easy going. She would do really well in a home with another dog to help her gain confidence. She is 3 years old and still has puppy energy.   To further inquire about Cuddles, submit an application. https://www.wigglytails.org/adoption-application   Tell us about yourself, family, other pets, and how Cuddles will mesh with your lifestyle.
