Story
Ruby is a delightful little gem with a big personality packed into a small body. She knows how to confidently advocate for herself with larger dogs when they get a little too close—but she’s also polite and respectful when they set boundaries of their own. Like many little dogs, she can be a bit skittish at times, especially in new situations, but her sweet nature always shines through. At her core, Ruby is a devoted lovebug who just wants to be near her people. Whether she’s curled up beside you or quietly following you from room to room, she’s happiest when she’s close. With her charm, awareness, and affectionate heart, Ruby is the kind of companion who quickly makes herself right at home—and straight into your heart. Ruby is a 1-year-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $500 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and spay. Ruby is also tested with other dogs, children, and potty and kennel trained. She is not tested with cats. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if she might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772, or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned. Thank you for choosing adoption! Story
Meet Beau! This handsome little tornado is a whirlwind of fun! He is bold, playful, and athletic, and is unfazed by the vacuum cleaner! Beau would love another dog to play and wrestle gently with, but would also love to be your one-and-only cuddle buddy. He adores playing with toys, chewing on bones, and running at top speed around the back yard! He is great with kids, is crate trained, and is working on potty training. Beau is a 3-month-old mixed breed who was rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $600 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, and neuter. Beau is also tested with other dogs, cats, and children. He is working on potty and kennel training in foster care. Story
He is a super friendly boy who truly adores people. Because of that, he can be a bit clingy—but only in the best way—he simply loves being near his humans and soaking up their company. He is both house trained and crate trained, and he’s doing great on walks as well; he’s been working hard on pulling less and continues to improve. This sweet guy loves to cuddle and is often a sleepy, cozy companion around the house, but he happily perks up for walks and outings. His favorite toys are chew bones, which he can enjoy for hours. He responds very well to his name and listens nicely to commands like sit, come, and stay when engaged. He’s also a relatively quiet boy
