THE FOLLOWING PET IS FOSTERED IN TEXAS BUT AVAILABLE FOR TRANSPORT!!! Details belowAdoption application: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/57167/genericMeet Bourbon!Like a good bourbon, this handsome boy may be a little reserved at first, but with time and patience, his warm and sweet personality starts to shine through. Bourbon is still learning to trust the world around him and can be nervous in new situations, but he finds comfort in the company of other dogs and enjoys following their lead. Having a confident canine companion in his forever home would help him continue building confidence and feeling secure.Bourbon came to Mutts N Such Rescue alongside his mama and her newborn puppies after they had been living outside in a backyard and shed. His mama is a Chihuahua, and the neighbor’s scruffy white dog is said to be his dad, giving Bourbon his adorable unique look. Because of his past, he will need continued patience, understanding, and guidance while adjusting to life as a loved family member.Bourbon is also considered a flight risk, so he will need a home committed to careful introductions, secure fencing, and extra precautions to help keep him safe while he continues gaining confidence. Beneath his cautious exterior is a sweet boy who deserves the chance to finally relax, feel secure, and know what it means to be truly loved. He was born in May 2024 and is being fostered in Fort Worth, Texas.OUR DOGS ARE FOSTERED IN TEXAS OR PENNSYLVANIA BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Details belowAdoption application: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/57167/genericMeet Snickers!Snickers is a sweet, affectionate puppy who loves being around people and is always ready for attention. Whether she's curling up for cuddles or following you around to see what you're doing, she enjoys being part of the action and spending time with her family. Her story began when her mama, a 25-pound Chiweenie mix living as a stray, chose the porch of a kind Good Samaritan as the safest place to bring her puppies into the world. Once they were discovered, the little family was welcomed into Mutts N Such Rescue, where they could receive the care they needed. Instead of growing up outdoors, Snickers was given the chance to grow up safe, warm, and surrounded by love.Snickers enjoys playing with toys, romping around with her dog friends, and soaking up affection from her people. She loves being held and is always happy to settle in for a cozy nap after playtime. Like all young puppies, Snickers is still learning about the world and will need continued training, patience, and guidance as she grows. With consistency and love, she'll blossom into a wonderful lifelong companion. Story
Meet Maria! Maria is a tiny girl, weighing approximately only 7lbs (still growing, but will likely not get much bigger). She is a 7 month old terrier/chihuahua mix. Maria is sweet, affectionate, playful, full of energy, and a HUGE cuddle bug. She is nervous when she first meets new people, and needs a bit of time to warm up. Once she trusts you, she is so loyal and will not want to leave your side. When she isn't curled up on her person's lap, she loves to lounge outside and soak up the sun. Her foster says she has a sassy, funny, playful side. Her young age gives her just the right amount of puppy energy and spunk, and she will happily zoom around the yard and play with her foster dog brothers. She keeps everyone entertained with her silly puppy antics! At the end of the day though, her favorite place is tucked safely under her favorite blanket. She is all about snuggles, belly rubs, and being as close to her people as possible. A perfect lap dog who would love to spend all day next to her person. She is dog friendly and enjoys playing with the other dogs in her foster home. Of course, her size needs to be considered with other dogs in the home! She is kid friendly with both younger and older children. She is shy natured around new people, and because of her small size will need children who are dog-savvy and understand how to respect her space and be considerate of her size! Potty trained, knows a few commands. Interested? Apply to meet Maria: https://www.acesplacerescue.org/adoptionprocess
