Story
Meet Charlie This sweet boy is 5 months old. He was rescued with his 3 siblings and his mom when he was 2 weeks old. His mom gave birth outside under a pile of trash. Thanks to a volunteer this little family was rescued. They had to go on a 10 hour road trip to make it to their fosters house where he has grown up. His mom has an amazing temperament and weights 10 pounds. We were curious about their breed so we did a DNA test and that revealed that he is 38% Chihuahuas, 14% poodle, 13% Chihuahuas, 11% Jack Russel . We are unsure how big he will get but we don't think he will be more than 18 pounds. Charlie enjoys to play with her siblings, mom and her fosters Chihuahua. He especially loves to sit in his foster moms lap for cuddles. He enjoys toys and a good bully stick. He is pretty good about going potty on the pee pads but he is going to need a family willing to potty train him. He is a puppy so he will need a patient family that can provide training so he can grow up to be a successful dog. Charlie would do best with someone that works from home or is only gone for a few hours a day. He is a small puppy so he will need a secure fenced in yard.Charlie is fully vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. He will need to be neutered by 6 months at one of our approved vet partners. If there are children in the home they must be over 5 years old for his safety since he's so small. Note: We always respond first to inquiries that tell us something about your living situation (house, apartment, single, family, etc.) and why you want this dog. Be sure to include your phone number in your inquiry. We call inquiries that are a good fit for the dog.

Story
Meet Sasha, this tiny resilient chi/terrier mix is looking for a forever family. She is approx. 10 weeks and weighs 3lb. She was found with another puppy that we named Luca. We don't know if they are related because they look so different but theres no way we could leave anyone behind. They were found abandoned on the side of the road where they were scrummaging for food. They were so infested with fleas and were terribly skinny but after 2 weeks of their foster nurturing them they have gained weight and now have a spark of life. They now are happy to be around people unlike before where they were scared and timid. She will need a family willing to continue training and socialization as well as potty training. Sasha would do best with someone that works from home, has a hybrid schedule, or that is retired since she's a puppy. A secure fenced in yard is also a requirement due to her small size. If there are children in the home they must be over 5 years old for her safety Sasha has received her first round of vaccines and is current on flea, tick and heartworm prevention. She will receive a microchip before she goes home. Magnolia Animal Rescue will cover her remaining vaccines and spay (6 months of age) at one of our approved vet partners. Note: We always respond first to inquiries that tell us something about your living situation (house, apartment, single, family, etc.) and why you want this dog. Be sure to include your phone number in your inquiry. We call inquiries that are a good fit for the dog.

Story
Jax is now available for adoption. Jax was born on December 5th, 2025. He has been in a wonderful foster home with his mama where he has been growing and learning how to be a dog. We believe his mom is a Chihuahua Eskimo mix and dad is unknown. Based on their current size we think they will stay under 20lb. Jax has received his first and second round of vaccines and microchip. Magnolia Animal Rescue will cover the remaining rounds of vaccines as well as the neuter when he is 6 month old with one of our approved vet partners. Overall he's a healthy thriving puppy. He will need a family willing to continue training and socialization as well as potty training. Jax would do best with someone that works from home or is only gone for a few hours a day.
