Story
We adopted Bronson from the BARC Animal Shelter. He is approximately 3 years old and is a playful, affectionate, and energetic dog. He is potty trained, kennel trained, very obedient, and gets along great with other dogs. He is also wonderful with children, as we have children ranging in age from 5 to 14, and he has been a loving and gentle companion with them.We are looking to find him a loving new home not only due to our family’s busy schedules, but also because we currently do not have a fenced-in yard. Bronson needs to be supervised when outside or kept on a leash, as he does tend to run off if given the opportunity. We feel he would thrive in a home with a securely fenced yard where he has plenty of space to play and exercise safely. He is a sweet, loving companion, and we hope to find a family who can give him the time, attention, and space he deserves.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.ATDR 3580Bella Mia says hey there! This cute little Chiweenie girl was surrendered by a family with small children because she played a little too rough with the toddler. Her original mom said that she gets excited and can nip when she plays, never biting nor meaning any harm by it. She has never shown any aggression nor nipping toward her foster mom. She’s now enjoying life in a comfortable foster home where there are only other small dogs to play with! She is the alpha dog and she will be in a forever home if there are other pets. She’ll do best in a forever home with either older calm/patient kids like teenagers or no kids at all. She does well with her foster mom and the other pups, although she’s a bit skittish by nature! The change of homes wasn’t easy for her, but she began settling in better after a week. Bella enjoys hanging out in her crate and observing by choice sometimes, and she sleeps there. She responds well to “Bella, go to your room!” looking forward to a tiny milk bone when you’d like her to go to her crate. She enjoys her meals in her crate. She does enjoy snuggling in the big chair with her foster mom and a few other pups, but doing so must be by her choice and not yours unless you merely invite her. She doesn't like to be picked up or carried around, but she responds well to voice commands. She came with a tiny wire crate she will gladly hop in if you say 'go to your room' and you must take her to the vet or on needed car trips in that. She's ptetty much pee pad trained and she's not a dog you can take on leash walks. Bella will need a patient adopter who will understand that she can be skittish and must be given time to adjust to a change in homes. She's gotten more comfortable every day in her foster home, and in time she will settle into a forever home. She’s a precious tiny baby who needs to be loved and enjoyed as she is while she learns to trust you. She's not a lot of trouble! If you're not looking for a dog to take on leash walks and pick up and carry around in your arms and would like to give little Bella the loving home she needs and deserves, please submit an adoption application for Bella Mia! With patience, she will fall in love with you and be in your lap or snuggling next to you anytime you sit down.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 21, 2026, 1:10 pm
