Meet Blizzard | Apply Here Blizzard is the floofiest and smallest Chow Chow and we can not get enough of him. After seeing this boy’s photo on the @NYCACC New Hope Only list - for not adjusting well to the shelter - we knew we had to step in. He was originally an owner surrender, by no fault of his own, and definitely lives up to the Chow personality. He’s a mere 30lbs and just about 2 years old!Vocal and opinionated is the best we can describe this guy when he first meets you. Just as any Chow, he’s full of silly noises and animated gestures. It’s all fun and games though as he’s a total cuddle bug and wants nothing more than to be loved on. He’s soaring with his crate and potty training and has been picking up on foundational training quite well! Despite his derpy behavior he’s proving to be a smart dude.You’ll definitely want to apply early for this guy so you don’t miss your chance!
