Miko is a 1-year-old dog (born March 9, 2025) with the sweetest personality. He’s incredibly friendly, very cuddly, and loves being close to his people. He can be a little shy at first, but once he warms up, he becomes extremely affectionate and loyal. He was originally rescued from a shelter, and it’s been important to me to give him a safe and loving environment. Unfortunately, due to unexpected family circumstances and a much busier schedule, I’m no longer able to give him the time and consistency he truly deserves. I’m looking for a responsible, loving home that can provide him with attention, patience, and stability. He would do best with someone who understands that he may need a little time to adjust but will be incredibly rewarding once he settles in. There will be a small adoption fee to ensure a serious and committed home. Please reach out with a bit about yourself, your living situation, and your experience with dogs.

She is: • Great at the vet and up to date on care • Spayed • Has had entropion surgery (common in the breed and fully addressed) • Loyal and forms strong bonds with her people • Trainable and has worked with a trainer She would do best in a home with: • An experienced dog owner (ideally familiar with the Chow breed) • A confident, consistent owner • No cats or small animals She has a strong interest in chasing small animals, so a home without them is important for everyone’s safety and success. Rigatoni is a very sweet doggo who loves to play fetch and is very gentle when he takes treats from your hand. He is quick to stop when you say “no” in a controlled environment, however he thinks my cat is a toy and I fear for her safety. He was a shelter dog found running at large and I took a chance on him. I have had several dogs during my life time and have successfully integrated all but one, and now this guy, which makes two. Some dogs just need a cat free home, it is in no way a reason he shouldn’t have a nice home. He needs to find his match ASAP. Like most of his breed he is slow to become friends but he is such a sweetheart now. I have had him for 28 days (i goofed) and it is apparent he will not be called off my cat, if the “zoomies” strike him. He is very playful with puppy like energy though I think he is around one year+. He has lots of toys and plays with them all. He loves food too!
