Baloo is a beautiful 6-month-old Chow Chow puppy weighing approximately 30 pounds. This fluffy girl has a sweet temperament and a playful, active personality that makes her a joy to be around. She loves attention, enjoys playtime, and is ready to find a family to call her own. Baloo is house trained, does well in a kennel, and has wonderful indoor manners. Because of her thick Chow Chow coat, she is looking for an air-conditioned home where she can stay cool and comfortable year-round. Baloo does best with bigger dogs, as she can be a little bossy with smaller dogs. She would thrive in a home that can continue her training, provide regular exercise, and give her all the love she deserves. If you’re looking for a loyal, fluffy companion with lots of personality, Baloo may be the perfect match for you! Please understand you are committing to providing a good home for her entire life (up to 15+ years or more) - not just until her puppy cuteness wears off. You must be committed to housebreaking, age-appropriate enrichment and exercise, leash training, grooming needs, and positive socialization. Like most puppies, she may chew on anything within her reach to include but not limited to baseboards, shoes, socks, children's toys, electrical cords, plants, etc. Her adoption fee is $250. This includes her spay surgery, rabies vaccination, Nobivac® Canine 1-DAPP vaccinations, Bravecto®, Drontal® Plus, Tri-Heart® Plus Chewable Tablet, 24PetWatch® microchip, and leash and collar. Our adoption events are held every other Saturday at Petco located in the Northwoods Shopping Center at 18138 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio TX 78232. Our group focuses on assisting open admission shelters in South Texas where over 32,000 dogs and cats are euthanized each year. Our puppies and dogs are completely vetted and live in foster homes. They are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and tested for heartworm disease. All adoptions include one month of flea and heartworm preventative and a leash and collar.
