Story
Hayley Williams is a 2-3 year old, 11 lb little girl with a lot of love to give. She never meets a stranger and is ready for love from anyone who is willing to give it. Hayley LOVES playing with toys of all sizes, shapes, and squeakiness levels. She is an excellent fetch partner and will bring back toys and be ready for the next time it's thrown. When she's not playing with toys, Hayley will also "paw" you if you forget that you're supposed to be petting her. While Hayley gets along with other dogs (and cats), Hayley would love to be the queen of her own castle and be an only dog. We don't blame her for not wanting to share attention! We have not had Hayley around children, but she would probably be just as enthusiastic about meeting them as she is everyone else. Hayley is crate trained, leash trained, and highly food motivated. Hayley is doing well with house training but will still need patience to perfect it. If you have space in your home and heart for this little (punk rock) princess, apply today at www.orphanannierescue.org Her adoption fee is $500, which includes her shots up-to-date, microchipping, spay, and dental cleaning.

Story
Meet Sweet Dolly Darling    Dolly Darling is a gentle, senior, 12 year old, Cocker Spaniel. In her golden years, she is looking for a simple life with a warm dog bed and a peaceful place to rest. Dolly is very timid and shy, especially in new environments. With limited vision, she finds comfort in calm spaces and a predictable routine. She may take some time to feel safe, but once she does, she will quietly settle in and you won't hear a peep from her.   If you have a quiet home and a patient heart, Dolly Darling would love to spend her senior years keeping you company. An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. Story
Meet Suncrest – Sweet, Smart, and Ready for a Fresh Start!    Suncrest is a lifelong Angel who entered foster care as a puppy in 2018 and was adopted into a loving home. After several happy years, he was sadly returned — but with some anxiety and leash reactivity. But don’t let that hold you back — this boy is full of heart and potential!   Since returning, Suncrest has started professional training and is receiving medication to help calm his busy mind. He’s responded wonderfully, especially given his limited time and environment. But with consistency, structure, and a steady supply of cheesy treats (his favorite!), Suncrest is eager to keep growing in a calm, committed home.   He’s looking for an experienced, dog-savvy person who can continue his training and provide the stability he needs. While he’s not suited for first-time dog owners, in the right hands, he will truly shine. Want to be Suncrest’s hero? We’d love to set up a meet-and-greet with you and your resident dog(s)! Story
Copperline is a very sweet Cocker Spaniel and all-around good boy. Copper is 5 1⁄2 years old and almost 20 pounds. He has a medium energy level (which bumps up to excited when you return home). He is gentle, polite, and has excellent house manners (no chewing shoes or household items), along with being housetrained. He also does well in a crate, though there is no need to crate him. Copper is a tripod; he had his left front leg removed after being attacked by another dog. He is doing well and his quality of life is still great. He’s good walking on leash, goes up and down stairs easily, and can jump up onto the couch or bed just fine. Copper is friendly, great with touching, and is becoming more cuddly. Pets, belly rubs and head scratches are always welcome. He is also happy to sit on the couch or bed while you’re working or busy. Copper likes meeting other dogs and gets along with them well. He does not chase cats. Copper rides well in the car. At home, he may alert bark if he hears anyone unfamiliar come around but otherwise does not normally bark. Copper knows some commands like sit, stay, and come. We are beginning to work on the basics, but he will likely need training for reinforcement. He loves treats of all kinds, so his motivation can be directed into training. Copperline would love to meet you!
