This pup's adoption fee is $850. If you are still interested, please read more below. Opal is a sweetheart. She is a little bit timid at first but once she trusts you she will melt right into you when you hold her. She is very patient with grooming. Opal likes to know what is going on. She likes to explore and has taken cues well from her foster family's resident dog when she wants her space. She would enjoy life with another pet. Opal is quickly learning how to walk on a leash. She is a bit more reserved, and takes her time feeling confident but once she does she's a sweet companion. This pup is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, and spayed. The new family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing. Please note ARF does not approve applications for any puppy under 6 months of age to families that live outside of Illinois and/or beyond 100 miles of Wheaton or Glen Ellyn, IL.
