MEET OSCAR Oscar is a 10-year-old apricot Miniature Poodle who is ready to trade the hustle and bustle of life for what he really wants: a comfy lap and someone to adore him during his retirement years. Oscar is a very sweet, smart little gentleman with plenty of love left to give. At 10 years young, he’s looking for a quieter home where he can settle in, enjoy the good life, and perfect the fine art of lap warming. Oscar does have a special need. He has one eye that requires daily medication, so his future family will need to be comfortable keeping up with his eye care. It’s a small part of his daily routine and a big part of keeping this handsome senior feeling his best. Oscar’s ideal home: A physical fenced yard Children over 10 years old A family committed to his daily eye medication And most importantly… a lap with Oscar’s name on it! Senior dogs have a special way of fitting into your life. They aren’t asking for forever to start from the beginning. They’re just asking for someone to make the rest of their story a really good one. â¤ï¸ Oscar is ready for his retirement home. Could your lap be the one he’s been waiting for? If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only. Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.
