Mert Shane, an adorable 2–4-year-old Cockapoo mix, who will be the center of your life in no time! Shane came to Trust Rescue with his left front leg so injured and painful, that there was nothing the vet could do but amputate it. Shane can get around beautifully, despite being a tripod, his resilience is heartwarming. He’s the kind of dog who brightens every room he enters, eager for car rides, snuggles, and lots of attention. Loyal, affectionate, and endlessly charming, Shane is ready to find a forever family who will match his upbeat personality and shower him with the love he deserves.

A very small population of our dogs will not be altered. A refundable deposit of $125 will be added to the adoption fee for any dog that is not spayed or neutered. The deposit is refundable with proof of surgery and a copy of your contract.
Many of our dogs have lived with cats. While we don't assess for cat compatibility, with thoughtful introductions and your guidance, successful dog-cat relationships are common.
