Meet Nylo Nylo is a 4‑year‑old male Cockapoo weighing about 15 lbs who is navigating a big season of change. He was surrendered to ACCT Philly when his owner faced ongoing issues with their landlord, and now Nylo is looking for a soft landing with a loving family who can help him feel safe and secure again. According to his owner, Nylo is an active, playful guy with a love for plush toys and lots of energy to burn. He is house‑trained, currently working on crate training, and enjoys staying busy. He can be nervous in new situations and around children, so he’ll do best in a home that understands his need for patience and gentle guidance. With our volunteers, Nylo needed some time to get comfortable, but once we moved at his pace, he showed just how much he can relax and trust. He especially enjoys being outside in the play yard, where he can decompress, explore, and show off a happier, more confident side of himself. Nylo is looking for a calm, loving home that will give him the consistency, reassurance, and time he needs to settle in after all these changes. In return, he’ll bring playfulness, loyalty, and plenty of personality along for the ride. He will come neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and 4dx tested. Nylo came pretty matted to ACCT Philly, so his legs were shaved. Our amazing groomers are working on the rest of his coat. He would need to meet any resident dogs. Meet Shaggy!!! If you are looking for a Velcro side kick, let me introduce you to Shaggy. She is a 3 yr old mini golden doodle rescued from a commercial breeder. When she came to Zoe’s house she was badly matted with sticks and burrs in her coat. She was shaved and her coat is coming in beautifully, she will need grooming every 6-8 weeks. She is doing well with potty training, but if she forgets she will use a pee pad. She gets along well with other dogs and kids. One thing she is not to lean on men, I am trying to teach her not all men are mean. She just growls at my husband. She will need a fenced in yard, she will bolt if given the chance. Shaggy is learning to walk on a leash and does well in the car. She loves to sleep on the couch or in bed. A real love bug once she gets to know her new person. She is UTD on vaccines, heart worm negative,microchipped and spay. She’s available thru Zoe’s House Kennel #9117

Are you looking for the perfect partner? If so, this little lovebug will be the perfect addition. Frappe is a sweet, lovable, playful, cuddly 4 year old Miniature Poodle who was surrendered after two years with his previous owner. He is a little shy at first but bonds quickly. Once he comes out of his shell, he is an absolute dream. He is nervous around strangers, but gets over this quickly. He loves to be petted and cuddled by his family and wants to sleep in bed with you. He loves other dogs and would do well in a home with other playmates, however Frappe likes to be the center of attention. All this boy wants is to be loved!!! Frappe loves running around with his friends and chasing his toys. He is great on leash and enjoys his daily walks. He bonds quickly and showers his owner with all the love and affection he has. If you have to go on an errand, Frappe would love to be your side kick. He enjoys riding along in the car with you and is well behaved in the car. He is also house trained, but may have some accidents at the beginning. Frappe does have some separation anxiety probably due to all the changes he’s been through, so it is best that his in a crate when home alone. He would do well in a single family home since he barks when alone. Frappe will need some time to get adjusted to his new surroundings before he feels safe, but I am sure that once his confidence builds up, this won’t be a problem in the future. Everyone meet Miss Tulip. Tulip is a 3yr old(ish) Merle mini poodle weighing in at 12lbs and boy is she a stunner!!! With her beautiful Merle coloring and her ice blue eye she is sure to melt your heart. Tulip is still super duper shy and will require a very patient and understanding home. Hi friends, it’s me Tulip. I’d like to start by telling you I’m still pretty fearful of the world. My life before rescue wasn’t great, I still hold a lot of trauma from that. My foster family is teaching me that not all people are mean and I trust them, but Im still super nervous. I will need a new family that is quiet and chill with very minimal commotion. Another furry sibling who is confident and chill would be amazing. I love all my foster siblings very much, both canine and feline, and I know having another doggie friend will make my transition a little less scary. My foster mom says I am a Queen with the potty thing whatever that means. Maybe she is happy cause I never go inside. I’m also ok with a crate. My favorite place to be is on my dog bed, except for when the black kitty of the house won’t leave me alone, then I take a nappy in my crate. I don’t get on the furniture, yet. My foster mom keeps trying but I’m just not ready to be a lap dog, yet. Bless her heart for trying. Tulip has not had much practice on a leash, they scare her very much. We have no doubts she will be fine one day but today, she is not so she will require a physically fenced in yard. This is NOT NEGOTIABLE! She is UTD on all vaccines and preventatives. She has also been spayed and had a full dental.
