Story
We love Harley (age 2)!! We adopted her at 4 months old from a puppy mill rescue. She is SMARTEST dog I've ever met and sits and waits for her food bowl until told "Good Girl!" She has trained wonderfully!The challenge is we have is the energy and the barking. We have only a half acre with invisible fence, and she races to the edge of our property and barks at every person who passes by. But, she is such a wonderful dog! She LOVES rides in the car, cuddling, sleeping in bed and on the couch with us, and taking walks -- although that's part of the problem and all OUR fault that none of us have the time to WALK her like her breed's energy needs!She is best friends with our pug (though Harley is for sure the alpha dog). Other than the barking and alpha-dog behavior she is a true lover! I am heartbroken to rehome but neighbors cannot handle the barking & have called the town ... so we are left with no choice. If your street is not busy, or you have more land, you should have no problems.
