Hi, I’m Olive Rose! I’m a calm, gentle, and affectionate girl with a heart full of love and a tail that never seems to stop wagging. I came from a puppy mill, so I’m especially grateful for this second chance and for every kind person who shows me love. I’m a social girl who enjoys being near people. I love to lay next to you, lean in for pets, and follow along wherever my people are. Everyone who meets me, from young kids to older adults, seems to fall in love with my sweet, gentle nature. I’m also good with other dogs and kids and cats don’t bother me either. I’m crate trained and do need to be in my crate when left alone. Potty training is still a work in progress, but I don’t have many accidents as long as you notice my cues and take me outside. I walk well on a leash and enjoy leisurely strolls, exploring the yard, and lounging close to my people. I’ve discovered that I love pets, treats, dog food, and chew sticks — and I haven’t met a treat I don’t like yet! Because I’m curious about tasty things, food and treats should be kept off low shelves or securely stored. I’m the sweetest, most lovable girl who simply wants a safe home, gentle affection, and people to love.
