Story
Hello, I'm Copper! Me and my brother came into VOCAL when someone picked us up from where we were dumped on the side of the road. Although they were unable to keep us, they fostered us during our quarantine period, so we do at least have some house experience! We are house trained and crate trained, got along with their other dogs. and do well with children. Despite that, we still are puppies and will need basic training and socialization! They did say that we are a bunch of scaredy-cats when it comes to bath time... But other than that, we are just playful, sweet puppies ready to meet you!

These pups are in Gainesville, Florida too!

Story
I am a handsome, goofy guy who is potty trained, crate trained, social with large dogs and strangers, and used to living in a home setting. I have my basic manners down pat, ride nicely in a car, and will be most successful in a home without cats or access to free roaming chickens. Ask to see me today!

Story
Kai is a 2 year old, 29lb herding breed who puts the ‘heel’ in heeler! He is tiny, he is spunky, he is looking for a savvy, adult only home that can help him channel his grit, enthusiasm, and athleticism into something constructive. While Kai does enjoy playing with other dogs and has no apparent preferences between males/females, he does like to control movement when he feels like the group hang isn’t going according to plan (and he is the keeper of the plans, no you are not allowed to look), so he will benefit from an adopter who understands and can guide his ‘hall monitor’ tendencies. In a home setting, Kai rides fabulously in the car, is potty trained, and is reportedly prone to jumping straight up into the air like a kangaroo when he feels a walk is too slow. He is always down for a splash in the kiddie pool or a rowdy game of tug at the shelter, and overall will make a wonderful little adventure buddy for a fellow adrenaline junkie. Story
Stewie is a younger pup yet has the seeming wisdom of an older dog. He is housetrained, gets along with other dogs, cats, and loves meeting new people. He learns new commands pretty quickly, especially if treats are involved. There may be a bit of a delay when performing his commands because he does have some medical issues. He has vision impairment and will require surgery on his rear legs. Staff can go over that in detail with you if you`d like to know more.
