Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Meet Tucker!   Tucker is a handsome Collie mix puppy with a heart as big as his journey! At approximately 3½ months old, this sweet boy made his way to Pet Rescue By Judy after being flown in from Puerto Rico in search of a better life and a loving forever home.  Tucker comes from a family of pups, and you’ll even find a photo in his profile showing him with his siblings and mom—giving you a glimpse of how big he may grow. Based on what we’ve seen, he’s likely to be a medium-sized dog when fully grown.  This playful pup is full of puppy energy and curiosity. Tucker loves spending time with people, whether it’s going for walks, exploring new places, or simply soaking up attention. He’s the kind of companion who will happily be by your side through all of life’s adventures.  Tucker also gets along wonderfully with other dogs and does well with children, making him a great addition to a family home. With his friendly personality and eager-to-please nature, he’s sure to grow into a loyal and loving companion.  His ideal home would include a fenced yard where he can safely run and play, along with an active family or individual who can keep up with his fun-loving energy and continue his training and socialization. Important Information for New Puppy Parents  Welcoming a new puppy into your home is an exciting and rewarding experience—but it also comes with important responsibilities. To help your puppy grow into a happy, confident, and well-adjusted adult dog, dedication to obedience training, socialization, and consistent potty training is essential.   We strongly recommend that the entire family participates in puppy training classes. This not only helps build a strong bond with your new pup but also ensures that everyone is using the same commands and techniques, creating a clear and consistent environment for learning.   **Puppies thrive with structure, patience, and positive reinforcement—and so do their families! Let’s set them up for a lifetime of love and success  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 19, 2026, 2:02 pm

Story
This is Rip. He's a very sweet and smart boy- knows a lot of tricks and walks well on a leash but gets very anxious and cautious of new people- it takes time to warm up to someone new. You can say he is quite the protector, definitely will defend his territory. Does well with children over the age of 10. Very high energy and will do well with active family. Once he knows you he loves to cuddle.
