Story
Henry is a good dog. He is 10 years old. He does have some arthritis but otherwise healthy. He gets groomed once a month and he is up to date on his shots. He is potty trained. He walks good with a leash and loves to go on walks. The only problem we have with him is some aggression with kids. I have 2 grandchildren, age 1 and 2 and when they started walking that’s when he started growling and showing his teeth. He has never bit them but i dont want to take anymore chances. Currently we cannot let him around the kids so he has to stay in the basement when the kids are up and about. We have been doing this for 2 years now and it is very nerve wracking. It’s not a good life for Henry either. We just want him to go to a good home.

Some dogs are exciting. Some dogs are adventurous. And then there are dogs like Barnaby… the ones that feel like home. ❤️Barnaby is the kind of boy who would happily spend an entire rainy Sunday curled up beside you on the couch, head resting in your lap like he’s been yours forever. He doesn’t ask for much — just love, soft places to nap, and his people nearby. But don’t let his cuddlebug status fool you… if you grab the leash and ask if he wants to go for a walk, he’s ALL IN. 🐾This sweet soul knows how to sit and lay down on command, is incredibly gentle, and has one of the most sincere, loving personalities we’ve ever met. The way he looks at people feels like he’s trying to understand every word you say.Barnaby isn’t looking for a perfect home. He’s just looking for someone to love with his whole heart. And trust us… he absolutely will. ❤️Thank you for taking the time to look at our precious "pound puppies" If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at 730-272-1071. We would love to help connect you with your new best friend.

🎵 “A little bit hound dog… a little bit shepherd… and a whole lot of sweetness.” 🎵Meet Reese’s 🍫🥜Her bark says hound. Her beauty says shepherd. And honestly? We’re not completely sure what she is… except absolutely adorable. With her rich chocolate coat and peanut butter markings, naming her Reese’s just made sense. ❤️This soft-natured girl is around 2 years old and has a gentle soul that shines through those big, cautious eyes. She’s a little shy at first, but not because she doesn’t want love — she just wants to know she’s safe. Once she realizes you’re kind, you can almost see her shoulders relax.Reese’s isn’t looking for chaos or spotlight energy. She’s looking for comfort. A soft bed. A patient heart. A person who understands that some dogs bloom quietly. 🌿She has the kind of sweetness that sneaks up on you. The kind that makes you look over and realize she’s finally resting peacefully nearby because she trusts you now.And that? That’s the good stuff. If you think Reese’s might be your perfect mix, come meet this beautiful girl. 🐾Thank you for taking the time to look at our precious "pound puppies" If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at 730-272-1071.
