Once she feels comfortable, Claire blossoms into a loving cuddle bug who enjoys being close to her people and soaking up affection. She loves to run and stretch her legs, and her happy energy really shows in her great smile. Claire thrives on companionship and enjoys being included in daily activities, whether it’s playtime, walks, or relaxing together. She would do best in a home that understands her need for a gentle introduction and is willing to let her build confidence at her own pace. Claire is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested, and microchipped, and she’s ready to find a forever home where she can feel safe, loved, and truly part of the family. 🐶💙

Meet Ellie!Ellie is a 9-month-old, 33-pound, sweetheart who still has some growing left to do. We believe that she could get to be around 40-45 pounds at full growth. She’s gentle, shy, and looking for a calm home that understands timid pups. Ellie truly needs another confident dog in the home, so that will be required. With another dog, she relaxes, follows their lead, and feels much braver with a canine friend by her side. She has not had the opportunity to meet with a lot of families since coming from Oklahoma, so proper introductions with family will be needed to make sure she is the right fit.If you have a soft spot for sweet, sensitive dogs who just need a little time and reassurance, Ellie might be the girl. ***The first step in the adoption process is to complete the adoption application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org*** At just over a year and 65 pounds, young Rainey is a stunning collie mix looking for a home that can continue to work with his training and cultivate a bond with this playful silly pup!  Rainey was originally found abandoned in the countryside emaciated and dehydrated.  After some tender loving care he filled out and started to grow.  Rainey seems to think everyone is his friend and would well in a home with another fun loving dog to play with and burn some energy with.  Rainey is pretty terrified of car rides so he's not looking for a home where he is going to be expected to travel on a regular basis.  Rainey has been on some leash walks but he could use additional training.  He would love a fenced back yard where he could watch the comings and goings of the neighborhood or better yet race and chase with a friend!  Rainy does pretty good with his potty training and will let you know when he needs to go outside. Rainy is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped.  His adoption fee is $300.00 December 29, 2025, 6:07 pm
