About Artie: -Not food aggressive -Curious (but respectful) with cats -Gets along well with other dogs Behavioral notes: Artie can be reactive and is fearful of most men, so he needs a patient, experienced owner who understands these challenges and can continue helping him gain confidence. Best suited for someone familiar with Heeler traits – energetic, intelligent, and happiest with structure and purpose. Artie has already made amazing progress in foster care and will thrive in the right home.
