After being neglected and abandoned, she found herself on the euthanasia list — but thanks to a second chance and the care of her dedicated foster family, Dorothy has completely transformed. With proper care and love, she has blossomed into a happy, vibrant, and active dog who is finally getting to enjoy the life she always deserved.
