Story
Dixie is the sweetest dog and it absolutely breaks my heart to lose her. However, what is best for her is what is truly important and she needs more room to be herself. I marked “behavioral issues” because I didn’t know what else to mark. She likes to bark……mostly at night when the raccoons and possums are stirring around and trying to eat her food and that makes the neighbors upset. We have a small home with a small backyard and she seems happy enough but when I have to bring her in at night now as to not keep everyone up, and I understand we all need sleep, she is so miserable in here. Dixie deserves the very best. She has never tried to bite anyone, she loves pets and kisses, she hates riding in a vehicle that’s why she hasn’t been fixed. She is a great all round dog and you’d fall in love immediately.

Story
This dog is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $200 if picked up in TN, $275 plus transport fee for out of state adoptions. Meet Samuel, the 52-pound charmer with the energy of a Border Collie and the heart of a teddy bear! This one-year-old Border Collie/Lab (possibly?) mix is the perfect combination of sweet and spirited. He's a social butterfly with dogs and a soft treat-taker from your hand. Sam's talents include sitting and working on "OFF". His perfect day involves walks, yard playtime, and some quality time with squeaky toys. Sam is very attached to his people and always wants to be near them. He is crate-trained and housetrained. Samuel walks very well on a leash - does not pull and rides well in the car. He is as loyal as they come. Sam's ideal home? One with a patient person who can match his energy, perhaps another furry friend, and a daily routine. If you're ready for a companion who'll keep up with you on all your adventures, Sam's your guy! Apply now, and let the adventures begin!    Interested in adopting? This dog is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $200 if picked up in TN, $275 plus transport fee for out of state adoptions. Meet Delilah, the lovable goofball with a heart of gold! Despite a recent broken leg, Delilah hasn't lost an ounce of her playful spirit. This 1-year-old Australian Kelpie / Shepherd mix is all about fun and adventure, even if it's just bouncing around on leash walks! Delilah's favorite pastimes include leaping in excitement and rolling around in the grass, especially when it leads to belly rubs from her favorite humans. She's a pro at entertaining herself with toys and loves to hunt for frogs and snakes by the pond's edge. Delilah quickly warms up to new people with a little patience and some gentle encouragement. She would thrive in an active and involved household who can match her energy levels.
